Can the 40-49 age group now book their vaccine?

Sister’s boyfriend (43) was able today to book his vaccine by entering his details on the national booking site (he is Derby based). Sister late 30s tried too but it said she was not eligible. Her husband tried last week and was also not eligible. Just wondered if anyone else has tried in the 40s age group and been able to book?

I'm 44, friends have texted tonight to say they got on, I think they're over 45 though. Dh is 45 and no success at the mo. North East

It doesn't work for me either so it can't be all over 40s.

I think everyone who has been successful on here is 45+ so I think it may just be 45-49 so far

@2kool4skool that’s what it did for dp but after trying 40 times it let him book

I think its 45 and over now, I managed to book (46) and DP (45) for this week. But my sis and friend both 44 couldn't book but could for their 45 year old DH.

Booked, 47 in Surrey. I entered both my phone number and email address but haven’t received a confirmation. Is this normal?

I haven't received email or text confirmation yet either, I have printed it off though so hopefully that will be sufficient?

It's ok, you can try to book if you're over 45, just the text won't update until tomorrow when it's officially open.

I wouldn't let them poke your arm, but should be fine otherwise. (I had AZ, you might want to check the same with someone who had Pfizer)
