Life isn't going back to normal is it ?

Just opinions ? I was anxious like everyone not so much now but the government are doing u turns at every move and goal posts constantly being moved I just can't see life going back to normal !!! I literally hate masks and queuing for bloody everything ...just done like everyone

Sorry honey didn't mean to scare you .. just read MSM which is probably bs as sage saying wearing face masks and SD until next year but I don't think people still comply x

Because that is what was said I am fking sick of wearing face masks and SD I am quite concerned of children's/adults mental health etc

I am SO pissed off with this. They give us hope in Feb and then they get their favoured media to drip feed out that we won't get that freedom then after all. They can't even tell us themselves. Easter Angry

June goalpost was no legal limits on social contact so how can I be in my house with as many as I want but still need a mask in Tesco ?

We need to get rid of the regulations asap - normal life needs to be resumed , we protected the old and vunerable. If we carry on we destroy life and hope - we all need to be able to get on with living not existing.

Haven't rtft as all these doom and gloom threads are getting annoying. But just for my two peneth worth. I havent queued for anything for ages, we really should get used to wearing masks as standard of we have a contagious illness as they do in many other countries its just common decency really not to spread your germs to others.

vaccinations are over 50% of the population - rates falling, we have protected the old and vulnerable, we will need to learn to live with the disease so I so no reason for us to continue with these restrictions. The impact on the young in particular is huge - the impact on other illnesses will be huge both mentally and physically.

I’ve not seen queues in ages either. Mask wearing is done in other countries out of courtesy when people have colds etc and they cope. The 2m distancing doesn’t mean people can’t do things or see people.

Was there another press conference that I missed? The one I saw was that we were moving forward as planned. Why is everyone acting like something new has been announced?

I am in Scotland but have a lot of friends in England and group chats have been going crazy in last half hour with everyone being really happy about moving forward

And then I come on here... I genuinely thought I had missed something with everybody freaking out

I think masks will stay for a few years yet. But we will gradually get there. We can't all go out o the 21st June as if everything is fine.
