I can't wait to come home and have a good sort out /charity bag it up of all the tat numerous bits of itty bitty paper and clutter that we've collected over the last 8 weeks . After that I'll probably be bloody bored and will miss and want the kids back 🤣🤣

Just found out my kids are back on 10th after having two tests (one at the end of this week and one at the start of next) so not too bad. 9 day countdown!

Bing12 · 01/03/2021 23:29

I’m keeping them home.

digitaldays · 01/03/2021 23:36

Still home schooling. Scotland

PickAChew · 01/03/2021 23:37

Same as tomorrow, when mine goes back. (specialist school)

Actually, I completely forgot (as we've been waiting so long for the help) that DH, Dd and I have a zoom appointment with a service that we had been involved with and assured if we later had issues,would be able to access again for dd, which turned out to be lies. And as DD's ASD/ADHD issues have been vastly magnified due to lockdown and we need more support, I have spent weeks before Christmas fighting to get something and days writing up paperwork again in support of that need.

The first appointment is on 8th March, in between homeschool lessons and our meetings for work.

I’ll be waiting for the school Hokey Cokey to start.

@QuidditchQueen

We’re doing one trst before return - pupils over three days this week, staff on Friday then all back Mon 8th
What’s the point in testing the kids over 3 days this week if they’re not back in until Monday? Am I missing something?

Dropping older two, then nursery drop off for toddler then home to work. In peace. For the first time since December.

Eating snacks without prying eyes watching me watching me and wanting to steal my food 🤣

Coming home and trying to catch up on lectures that I had to do whilst also homeschooling whilst also completing new teaching.
I reckon I'll be able to relax around June sometime
