Looks like the plans are now leaked.

The Times seems to have leaked the plans now. I for one will be very happy if children's outdoor sport starts on March 8.

March 8:
Schools
Kids outdoor sport
Golf + Tennis

Early April:
🛍Non-essential retail
Outdoor pubs + restaurants

Mid April:
Gyms

May:
Cinemas + Theatre
Indoor pubs + restaurants

August:
Foreign holidays
Clubs

Everyone else, phased return to schools. Us, all in! We've been there, done that and it doesn't work. Why can't they see it has to be softly, softly to ensure we don't end up in another lockdown.

The Telegraph had two households meeting outdoors from 29 March, but I think a bit later for retail and hospitality. Hairdressers May.

What do you mean all in doesn't work? My dc went back in September and continued until xmas with no problems. I don't think the jan lockdown was caused by schools.

It was caused by schools. In London and SE everyone I knew with schoolchildren was falling down in December, including me.

This is the Guardian’s take on it - two households or rule of 6 outside from 29 March. I would be pleased if it is two households not just 6, it was difficult before as a family of 5
