Irritating Covid Phrases

Now we’re about a year into the pandemic, we’re in a good position to assess what new phrases and words are the most irritating.

I’ll start with the obvious ones - “Covidiot” and “New Normal”. However, I also hate the “Stay safe” at the end of emails (suspect that’s just me).

The term ‘draconian measures’ can fuck right off too.

Lockdown Lover.
Lockdown is a fuckung nightmare for everyone. Just because you accept it as a necessary evil does mot make you a Lockdown Lover.
Having a particularly bad day today.

Ah! I’m so glad to read that I’m not alone. Despised all these phrases from the very start. Can’t even bring myself to use them. All designed to manipulate, divide, make people selfish and precious and keep them hooked on the news.
