Hello,

I’m sorry for another 89 millionth covid thread. I’m on either day 2 or 3 since first symptoms started, after I was in close contact with a confirmed positive a few days earlier. I am feeling really scared.

I feel really grim. Nausea, dizziness, shaky, temperature, chills. Can’t really move from bed.

Anyone else early in the illness right now want to connect or hand hold? Or is there perhaps anyone a bit further on who could share a bit about their progression of symptoms?

This just feels really scary as I can’t imagine how much worse it will get.

@colouringindoors good to hear your update, I'm feeling nearly ok, but just very tired still. Back at work two long days a week and two shorter but exhausted afterwards !
@ToastieSnowy yes the energy is last to come back for me ! I'd say 60% back , frustrating to think of it being a slower recovery . ! How did your Monday go ? I was so tired last night I had a panic attack !!!

@girlofthenorth the tiredness is still there. I’m doing a little more each day but then flagging. Brain fog is still an issue, I’m hoping that gets better soon. Pleased the worst is over
