Do you think we will be in full lockdown again in January?

I just hope they keep in support bubbles, I need to carry on seeing my dad, my weekends with him help me so much

kittens I’ve seen a lot of your posts and, in your situation I would say keep seeing your Dad even in the unlikely event they do stop bubbles (which I really don’t think they will). I would count your visits as caring responsibilities. I hope you’re ok 💐

Yeah great idea lets have the military out on the street, why not shoot anyone that dare leaves their house, let’s shut all shops, food parcels delivered to peoples door then nobody has to leave their house at all, that will keep Covid infection numbers down, sorted.

@Baileysforchristmas please don’t give them ideas, some posters would love it. I’m sure they were gutted the military wasn’t on the street during the first lockdown

Well at least we'd have something to look at if we had some soldiers around. I'd probably go out and ask if they'd like a cuppa. Someone new to talk to. If my Sainsbury's delivery man didn't say hello and give me a smile I'd go weeks without seeing a friendly face or exchanging a greeting face to face.

Because China is a communist country and the people are too scared not to do as they're told. That's a bit hyperbolic.
As well as that, does anyone really believe anything the Chinese government says? And that's a bit tinfoil-hat.

PollyIndia, it is madly inconsistent, isn't it? My yoga studio did all that too but we're Tier 3 so no, it must close again. And no classes in my leisure centre – which were in the sports hall with limited numbers, everyone miles apart, you come in and leave again separately –but the sauna and steam room can stay open Confused
