And over, and under, to the left a bit ,to the right , ahhh right there! That's the spot!

Just keep killing...killing...killing

And breathing, and laughing, and moaning and ranting.

We ran out of soldiers and escaped the clap.
We cried and laughed and did silly crafts.
We analysed dogging and penis whips.

Assholes, plump vags , shit deliveries and hexing.

What mayhem will we discover next?

The web is dark and full of horrors... as well as faithful bananians marching valiantly over the hill to sit on benches and eat crisps.

Carry on my weary fluffballs of doom!

It is the hysteria setting in. A lot of people are giving in to their internal thoughts. They arent seeing people in real life so their internal thoughts are getting put out into the public arena without any sort of filter.

Further thoughts on the 10 person bubble. If I am forced to bubble with10 randoms are we a bubble or a foam or worse still, a froth?

CrowCat · 03/05/2020 23:01

This bubble thing.. do we have to nominate people? If I nominate the people I want but they nominate different ones are we still in the same bubble or will it pop due to having too many people in it?

Ignore me I'm tired and I have a 5G induced migraine again.

Willow2017 · 03/05/2020 23:12

If I got forced into a bubble with 10 randoms it might get very frothy!

I got no patience left these days...

SD used to call them fart bombs when she was little 😂

Peggysgettingcrazy · 04/05/2020 05:40

This bubble thing.. do we have to nominate people? If I nominate the people I want but they nominate different ones are we still in the same bubble or will it pop due to having too many people in it?

Me and my first had this discussion.

She is also my sil. So if we included her in our bubble. And my mum and dad. And she added some people. Then my mum and dad add people into their bubble. And sils friends add people into their bubble. Surely we could all end up with it, from sils friends friends friends?

So whats the point?

Ouch....it makes my head hurt.

I feel there's a really big, complicated Venn diagram that might illustrate this.

GnomeDePlume · 04/05/2020 07:03

I imagine it being the worst sort of 'pick yournetball team' exercise with the short fat one in glasses being the last to be picked (that will be me then).

If you dont get picked then you will be allocated to a bubble by the council. Dear Mrs DePlume, you have been allocated to the bubble of Mrs Lonely, The Avenue, Frothington. Mrs Lonely and I will exchange polite chit chat then end up sitting on the sidelines watching the other bubbles having fun.

Patte · 04/05/2020 07:05

I apologise if this has already been mentioned somewhere... but why are broadcasters etc. referring to people who have sadly died? Is it just to make sure we know they're not off dancing on graves?!

Peggysgettingcrazy · 04/05/2020 07:05

The whole bubble thing is confusing.

My best friend said her employer is saying she wouldn't be able to see anyone anyway as she works in a care home.

Peggysgettingcrazy · 04/05/2020 07:07

oh also. Anyone got a good recipe or tips for cooking a leg of lamb?

Never done it before. Exh was a chef and he used to do all the cooking.

Dp is allergic to garlic. I was going to attempt kelftiko. But it will end up with me having to bury him under the decking.

Ain't nobody got the time (or energy) for that!

Peggysgettingcrazy · 04/05/2020 07:11

Patte it's one if those platitudes that people feel they must use. Make them seems more caring.

Also, if you believe in NLP, people say these to illicit an emotional response and gran attention.

Surely, not everybody has 'sadly' died. Of a paedophile caught it and died, is that sad?

No one would report that a paedophile has sadly died of a heart attack. Who would find that sad?

Patte · 04/05/2020 07:16

It really winds me up for some reason. Mostly because the grammar is wrong (unless they mean that people were sad while dying, which won't be universally true - I've known a number of people relieved to go).

Patte · 04/05/2020 07:18

Lamb - haven't done this for ages, but score it and stuff rosemary in the scoring?

I put big bits of meat in the slow cooker with water and herbs, but that's only helpful if you have one!

Peggysgettingcrazy · 04/05/2020 07:25

I was going to slow cook it in the oven. Thats similar isn't it?

Do you seal it like you would a joint of beef, in a hot pan before putting in?

Maxandezra · 04/05/2020 07:46

morning all

the bubble thing is indeed quite concerning.
There are already 8 of us in my bubble (me, dh, 4 dc who always live here and 2 student dc who have returned to the nest)
does that mean I can only add another 2? I would quite happily offload some of the dc tbh if anyone wants extras for their bubble let me know.
Although only people I would want to add is dsis BIL , neice and mum and dad.
I dont have freinds - I am not generally a people person ! Grin

WFH today. Also need to combine with some neglected housework. and of course the never ending joy of pursuading an increasingly reluctant ds2 to do some damn school work......

GnomeDePlume · 04/05/2020 08:17

This is my favourite roast lamb recipe:

www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/slow_cooked_lamb_26033

I dont think Tom comes to your house and arrests you if you leave out the garlic.

Bananabixfloof · 04/05/2020 08:20

I think all the "not a people person" have come here, to this thread I mean.
My bubble will consist of me and DP and one adult child. The other child is too far away to be in my bubble. That's it. I mean if we're being explicit we can add the 3 mates I've seen illicitly, but why bother, I will see them if I want to regardless of bubbles.
And if it for others to pick me, I'm ok with being on my own. I never got picked for school sports either.

Low kill day yesterday, hundreds not thousands. Expected low kill rate today too.
Ta ta nanananains

Patte · 04/05/2020 08:36

I would seal it, DH wouldn't! I think it improves the flavour, but you don't have to do it.

Patte · 04/05/2020 08:40

I have a vague memory of doing something like this, with just rosemary and thyme once! www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/roastlegoflambwithga_90252

I think I decided it was nice but the slow cooker was less hassle!

loobyloo1234 · 04/05/2020 08:45

Morningggggg

Im back in the office - by myself - again. It was absolutely dead on the roads today. There will soon be a 'are we out of lockdown because everyone is out and about' thread on here soon Grin

I have a few pages to catch up on but hope everyone is well I will be murdering today, I need to do some food shopping

Peggysgettingcrazy · 04/05/2020 09:23

I dont think Tom comes to your house and arrests you if you leave out the garlic.

Are you sure? I am sure someone on mns, mums, sisters collegue who once worked for the NHS for 3 days, says he does. Ita against the law!

But thanks for the recipe Grin

Peggysgettingcrazy · 04/05/2020 09:24

@Patte thank you! I think sealing improves flavour. Dp wouldn't either. And he likes to comment. I only cook if he stays out of the kitchen.

Such a twat! Grin
