Thread number...4?!? Fucking hell I've never been so popular.

Keep on keeping on and ,moan, whinge and laugh while you enjoy your deliveries and cackle evilly while you kill thousands.

All under the benevolent eye of your awesome , yellow and very ripe leader.

May the bleach be with you.

Give the wee in woods thread a bit of a nudge Grin

Shitsgettingcrazy · 23/04/2020 19:05

given...not give.

Pinkginhelps · 23/04/2020 19:06

@Destinysdaughter call me cynical ... it's more about a fear of being forgotten than any type of altruism. I find it nauseating.

Pinkginhelps · 23/04/2020 19:07

@PrincessConsueIaBananaHammock I am not worthy

PrincessConsueIaBananaHammock · 23/04/2020 19:08

Watching the best Supernatural episode for a Thursday!!

Witch : I can't leave you without a parting gift Sam.

Witch claps three times.

Sam and Dean leave and Sam keep scratching and rearranging himself.

Dean: Sam.. I think the witch just gave you The Clap!

I'm such a bad person. Watching the BBC Big Night In has actually prompted me to donate some cash to the RSPCA!

canhelenabonhamcarterchokeme · 23/04/2020 19:36

iv definitely found my kind of people on this thread lol

Maxandezra · 23/04/2020 19:41

well, I have been quite restrained in terms of killing today. I have even worked from home!
To balance it out I have taken delivery of some hairdressing scissors and a case of pink rubarb tonic water.(the gin is coming tomorrow!)
New running shoes did not arrive sadly, hoping they appear tomorrow.
Managed a 5k run, joined for first mile by ds2.
Now need to find a way to block out The Clap.

pink I have added a valuable contibution to your weeing thread!

Busy day at work tomorrow awaits, but think I will off set it with a takeaway tomorrow night.

How have I got through five weeks of lockdown without discovering my tribe here?

Directly murdering at least 47 senior citizens this eve with the Tesco delivery I’m expecting. Add on a dozen more for the non-essential packs of Monster Munch I’m hoping to see....

Spent a happy 25 minutes on our local beach today, skimming stones with my DC, in direct view of the now constantly present police patrol. All fine until.......my arse fell to the stones as I sat to change toddler DS’ nappy. Patrol raced over, tutted ‘No stopping on the beach’ and hovered close by until I finished, gathered up the rest of the gang and left. 🧐

Blessed day, rule breakers. Greetings O Great Banana.

Have been avoiding the whole CV board for a while. Back now, lying on my sofa eating a Snickers, drinking wine and watching Sewing Bee from yesterday. I've painted my nails (fingers and toes) bright red. All totally unnecessary frippery when I should be eating dust and sitting in the dark.

The mental contortions involved in the crisps/bench thread are extraordinary. I always though Mumsnetters were quite intelligent. Clearly not!!

LilacTree1 · 23/04/2020 19:47

I hear Matt Wancock was showing off about the police moving people on from parks and beaches?

cakes what a pity you can’t throw the nappy at them. Seriously, that’s fucking outrageous.

vera99 · 23/04/2020 19:50

They are burning dancing nurse witches over on the burn dancing nurse witches thread. As a protest tonight I have abandoned the saucepan and will resort to mere clapping. That'll show 'em...

PrincessConsueIaBananaHammock · 23/04/2020 19:52

@Ilikecakes that's some bullshit right there. Move along because you had a nappy to change? What's with this fear of butts touching things? Butts don't spread the virus... they just spread due to lockdown and food eaten out of boredom.Grin

If anyone can help me on the “is there an end to this” I’d be most grateful. And give out free crisps. 😁

vera99 · 23/04/2020 19:55

Cath Kidson has gone bust maybe there is a god (or is it too soon ?). Smile

CrowCat · 23/04/2020 19:57

Seeing as it's nearly 8pm...

Shitsgettingcrazy · 23/04/2020 19:57

@LilacTree1 on my way.

I did try the other by pointing out, over the next few weeks quite a few industries will start to go back, so things are returning to normal. Was ignored.

LilacTree1 · 23/04/2020 20:03

Thanks Shit

Clapping much louder than last week. Bad sign.

Shitsgettingcrazy · 23/04/2020 20:13

I can report clap, pots, pans and cat horns were quieter this week!

PrincessConsueIaBananaHammock · 23/04/2020 20:15

Ohhh I want some cat horns. Bet fluffy banana cat would just love that!

Ffs.

Clearly the new phone has not helped my spelling.

Think my dyslexia is getting worse! Brain deterioration! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

isabellerossignol · 23/04/2020 20:20

At 8pm we had absolute silence. Which was great because I didn't have to worry about anyone trying to shame me!
