@blerg CBT is awesome. Are you also able to get out in the fresh air every day? I find it helps hugely.

@millie2013 please can we have a picture of bunny features? 💓

Henry says morning, all!

Thank you.

Rassy · 20/04/2020 09:26

Thanks for the new thread
@blerg I could really do with cbt for anxiety. Are you doing a course or through a therapist?

Blerg · 20/04/2020 09:37

@Rassy it has been surprisingly helpful. I self referred to TalkPlus who has a contract with the NHS in my area. Might be worth looking in to.

Blerg · 20/04/2020 09:40

@Rassy sorry I didn’t really answer that. It’s 30 mins with someone via the phone every one or two weeks. They have good self guided resources too online and available to all.

ExpletiveDelighted · 20/04/2020 09:43

Morning, I haven't posted for a week or so but have been following these threads since the beginning, a ray of light in a difficult time.

Blerg and Rassy - I did ITalk, which is similar to TalkPlus, a couple of years ago, by phone, I found it helpful too. You can find the one for your area here www.nhs.uk/service-search/other-services/Psychological%20therapies%20(IAPT)/LocationSearch/10008

Arcadia · 20/04/2020 09:47

Morning! I'm still following and reading but feeling a bit flat so a bit quieter than usual. I'm worried my friends are forgetting about me.

Have a good week everyone Smile

Morning!

Thanks for the new thread Bunnyflop.

DH went back to work today, public facing, so he's a bit nervous but he loves his job and should be able to take suitable precautions...

Had such a lovely walk through bluebell woods yesterday. I felt like a normal person and was very relieved to find my legs are still in working order Grin Bumped into (not literally of course!) a couple of our best friends en route so it was lovely to chat to someone different and also knocked on MIL's door an had a quick chat from a safe distance. Bless her she was delighted.

Right. Have logged on for work and have got masses on today so hopefully time will fly. But I might keeping checking this thread which I found hilarious and might resonate with some of you.

Morning all, signing in. Thanks for the new thread.

Sorry to hear that @Arcadia what makes you think they're forgetting about you?

Had a bit of a panic this morning as DD (4) was coughing a lot randomly in the night and this morning but it's eased off since she's got up and about. Can't think how she can have caught anything with four weeks of isolation... wondering if it's hayfever? Mines terrible atm. I get a bit stressed whenever she shows signs of being poorly as she usually gets quite unwell with temperatures and we end up in a&e and obviously that's the last place we want to be right now. But she seems fine in herself and doesn't currently have a temp so I just need to relax! Know all you lovely lot will understand.

Taddda · 20/04/2020 10:01

I'll bung on a holiday pic Smile, it makes me feel a bit warm and calm to remember...

Good morning everyone and thank you for starting the new thread!

Hope everyone is doing ok today. I had a great sleep ... I've been sleeping better lately possibly due to it being cooler, but also I think my acupressure mat is helping (mentioned it in previous thread)

Tartan333 · 20/04/2020 10:50

Thanks for the new thread, I don't post much but read the thread every day for a bit of positivity!

purpleme12 · 20/04/2020 11:16

Bookmarking! Love the bunny pictures!

Spudlet · 20/04/2020 12:09

Good idea about the holiday pics! This was Wales, last year.

Our neighbour has a beautiful cherry tree and our street has all been doused in confetti

Randomword6 · 20/04/2020 12:21

I've been finding webcams in holiday places and just staring at the beautiful empty places. La Baule in France is my favourite.
