What happened to the letters the government were writing to every household?

About 10 days ago I thought it was announced that the government was writing to every household in the country to reiterate the advice regarding CV

I thought it seemed a waste of time and money as you’d have to be living in a bunker to have not heard to before but that’s beside the point

Did anyone actually receive this letter?

Two days ago ours came. Total waste of money.

Got ours on Monday. It’s just basic info that we have been told already.

Yes - it’s the only post we’ve received for about 2 weeks. We received it early last week.

The leaflet is useful.

The letter lacks the necessary perforations but could still do good service hanging from a rusty nail in the thunderbox.

We're in London and haven't had it. At this rate we'll be out of lockdown before it turns up. What a waste of time and money.

The money used to produce these leaflets would have been better spent buying more ventilators.

Got mine this morning, I'm in Lancashire. Was reading a friends post on Facebook yesterday saying she'd had hers so sounds like they're slowly coming through. I don't see the point of them at all, given the information in the envelope os nothing we haven't heard or read about for the past couple of months. If there was any 'right' time to send this waste of money out, I should've been weeks ago.

We got ours on a Monday but the post is totally messed up where we are; only getting deliveries every four or five days as so many staff are off sick.
