What happened to the letters the government were writing to every household?

About 10 days ago I thought it was announced that the government was writing to every household in the country to reiterate the advice regarding CV

I thought it seemed a waste of time and money as you’d have to be living in a bunker to have not heard to before but that’s beside the point

Did anyone actually receive this letter?

Yup. Got it end of last week I think. We’ve been leaving none essential post, it was mixed in with that.
