So BoJo has COVID-19!

OP posts:
lubeybooby · 27/03/2020 11:25

Fuck sake. Get well soon Bozza

HidingFromAVirus · 27/03/2020 11:25

Did he not wash his hands properly as instructed then?

Wallowinginfilth · 27/03/2020 11:25

Is there nothing that man won't do to avoid scrutiny? Wink

Utterlybutterly8 · 27/03/2020 11:25

I feel for his partner - she's pregnant so really hope she doesn't come down with it too.

Sparklfairy · 27/03/2020 11:26

It's not surprising, when he would give his daily conferences bleating about social distancing with various people milling around close to him. This did improve admittedly but the irony wasn't lost on anyone.

I hope Carrie's okay. And the cat of course Grin

Now everyone will be watching his daily address ignoring his words but scrutinising him for any sign of a fever or cough

Kuponut · 27/03/2020 11:26

I've thought he looked more sweaty and dishevelled than usual for a few days to be fair.

CherryValanc · 27/03/2020 11:26

I'd have thought it inevitable really. He meets a lot of people daily and social distancing was very lacks up to only recently.

yoikes · 27/03/2020 11:26

Why??
Up until a couple of weeks ago he was going against WHO advice shaking hands even in a hospital!! And with a pg fiance at home!
Perfectly ok to call out a moron imo.
Like Prince William now getting his kids to clap for the nhs....about 3 weeks ago he was in Ireland telling everyone the the reaction to covid-19 was an overreaction!
I REALLY hope a reporter calls PW out on that.
I wish the PM a speedy recovery.

Utterlybutterly8 · 27/03/2020 11:26

Sorry for Boris too of course - hope he gets well soon.

Gingernaut · 27/03/2020 11:26

Remember Dominic Raab is the 'Designated Survivor'.

MadisonMontgomery · 27/03/2020 11:26

Poor Boris, can’t believe he’s got his suit and tie on! Put your pj’s on and have a day in bed at least.

TheEmojiFormerlyKnownAsPrince · 27/03/2020 11:27

But this means that lunatic Raab will take over. Boris is bad, Raab is terrifying

GulliBelle · 27/03/2020 11:27

Call me a nasty old cynic, but does this mean he won't have to do his cv updates?

Oh.

Well I hope he makes a good recovery.

I’m more concerned (Pragmatically) for the experts he’s undoubted been in fairly close contact with over the last few weeks - we need them.

TheGreatWave · 27/03/2020 11:28

Bloody hell.

Many world leaders have had it.

caz114 · 27/03/2020 11:29

Good luck Boris. Get well soon

Is it Dominic Rabb to stand in?

NettleTea · 27/03/2020 11:29

lets just wait for the conspiracy theorists on the net say that Charles and Boris havent REALLY got it - its a lie to make us think we are all in it together, and they are really all jetting off to Branson's island in the caribbean, where a 'No 10 backdrop' is ready and waiting for any future announcements.

Just to add that I DO NOT BELIEVE IT AT ALL, but Ive seen some right crazy out there.

I hope all recover and I hope Carrie and baby are safe

Aragog · 27/03/2020 11:30

Why would anyone, regardless of your politics, be laughing about another human catching this virus?

Are some people really that callous that they'd wish a potentially fatal illness on someone?! What is wrong with you!!!

Sparklfairy · 27/03/2020 11:30

He'll be doing his daily updates by video conference.

Does this mean he'll suffer what the rest of us WFH doing video calls have been struggling with for days? Top half dressed, bottom half in comfy PJs, cat making an appearance on screen...

AlexaShutUp · 27/03/2020 11:30

Well, I can't stand the man, but I wish him a speedy recovery.

transformandriseup · 27/03/2020 11:31

I'm didn't vote for him but wouldn't wish this on him

TheABC · 27/03/2020 11:31

Well, he is in good company with the other leaders. It looks like a mild version too.

I will spare a moment of pity for Rash being denied the limelight.

pocketem · 27/03/2020 11:31

He looked like shit last week. Hope he is ok

AnneLovesGilbert · 27/03/2020 11:31

Raab isn’t standing in yet.
