Anyone actually stayed at home?

Has anyone just stayed home, not gone out anywhere today?

I’ve kept myself to myself, been back to my empty home (caring for Df) to collect a couple of things

Not been anywhere else, no shopping, no going to the park etc

It’s not easy, but I want to keep safe

Only left the house twice in the last week, both times for a 20 minute walk around nearby streets to get some fresh air. Need to do a food shop really but thought the shops would be too busy over the weekend so going to go tomorrow instead.

I’ve been to the shop today. Normally I do everything in my power to avoid going out at the weekend but we needed a few bits and tbh it helped make me feel more normal. The shop was really quiet so easy to socially distance. My office is closed now and we will all be working from home from tomorrow so am intending to now only go out for essentials and for the odd walk.

Yes, Dd and I haven't been out since Friday. I went to the cemetery this morning then straight back home. I don't have any plans to leave the house next week.
Luckily we have a large garden so dd gets tossed out there when she been driving me mad🤣
DH is also home from tomorrow

Yes, all week apart from a quick walk to the mailbox at the end of my road to send a package to a friend. Had a couple of deliveries but kept my distance from the delivery people.

We went to the beach yesterday. Only saw 1 other family but were 20+ metres away from each other.

Then today we went for a short walk where we live looking for rainbows that kids are sticking up in their windows (idea doing the rounds on fb). Saw under 5 people and everyone kept their distance from each other.

Installed round the corner to post a card through my mum's door amd went out for a solo bike ride on the road so contact with anyone.

Everyone else in the house has been home all day.

I haven't been out today. DH has been for a bike ride this morning (we live in a village and he was riding alone, so no contact with anyone) and out to get the bread I somehow forgot to buy yesterday.
Yesterday I did the normal weekly supermarket shop and DH walked to the village butcher's. I don't plan on going anywhere until next Saturday when I'll go to the supermarket again. DH will be able to work from home 2 days this week, then 3 days next week.
Now the DCs are home they won't go out often, other than the garden of course. As long as we're allowed to, the plan is to take them out for a walk along the green lanes once a week.

Yes, we stayed at home. I know plenty of morons who didn’t though! The level of stupidity shown by some is seriously making me question some friendships.

We went for a walk in a very empty place - didn't see a soul. Otherwise, we're not going anywhere. I haven't left the house since Tuesday, other than to pop to the shop to buy essentials, as no delivery slots were available.

I haven’t left the house since Tuesday, neither had teen DD. We’re self isolating as I thought I had symptoms (though now think it was probably just a cold as I’m fine again!) Will continue to self isolate for at least 14 days though, and then will only be going out to work. DD is finding it hard but she’s coping.

Went for a drive then to the park for a walk, walked towards the main bit of the park and realised there were about 20 people there already so turned right back around and went home.
It's a massive park so I wouldnt get too close but still, that's more people than I want to be around.

It’s safe to go out as long as you stay 2 meteors away from people. Exercise and fresh air is so important for mental and physical health.
I went for a 10 mile run today and I’m very thankful that I can do this and it’s far safer than going to the shops.

I went to my mums and sat in the garden with a safe distance between us and my sister and daughter (all of us are mums) for
Mother’s Day.

We stayed in all day yesterday and only been going out for essentials for the last week or so (both WFH now) . Out once today for a 6am dog walk.

Unless anything changes / either of us start to show symptoms our planned routine is a crack of dawn off lead run for the dog at a quiet location every other day (luckily the dog is quite lazy and we play lots of games at home!), and one of us to the supermarket once a week. That will be it.

Had to take garden waste to dump as they said they wouldn't be collecting but not been anywhere else. Have to go to work tomorrow though.
