Flu vaccine people who have advanced kidney or heart disease

So glad we started social distancing last weekend and kept the kids a off school from today. DH has heart failure and is in remission from cancer.

Don't call 111 if your disease is mild or moderate. Call 111 if gets worse.

We are proud of NHS staff etc.

So I'm a well managed asthmatic and currently on high anti inflammatories. Does that mean we all need to self isolate

@Farine as stated in my reply the article didn’t say he had leukemia it stated he was healthy so I wasn’t aware. I’m referring to your geez comment.

My DH has just returned from a routine hospital appt where they were setting up a coronavirus testing unit in the car park.

They can't list every single thing, but you know if you are in that category.

Are you closing theatres pubs restaurants today? Are you stopping visitors to care homes?
WHO said test, test, test. How can we track it if we don't know who's got it?

If the pubs are empty they should all close surely

Dd1 now going mad as she's so far healthy and going to be stuck in for two weeks and miss school.

He said those that get the flu vaccine as adults, including heart/kidney disease...so I think that includes asthma?

I assume when they can test, they will test. At the moment they can't so they are choosing a specific category.

Why are people stressing about schools? Just don't send your kids if you don't want to - tell them they have a cough or a temperature and you can keep them off for 14 days, no one is going to care at this point.

It's about half of everyone over 50, I reckon! Most of us have something problematic!
