How will carrying out "powerful strikes " on Gaza help to get the bodies back?

BN has resumed the attack on Gaza, surely finding bodies is easier when you are not being bombed, shelled, shot at and starved.

It's not worth the lives of children though. Those families that have been waiting by the phone do you think they feel better now that 35 more children have been killed in their memory? 35 children dead who were alive yesterday because of a delay in getting back a body? I'm sorry but that's psycho behaviour and coming from the same army that shoots Palestinians trying to retrieve the bodies of their dead.

There are a hell of lot more than 13 families waiting for the bodies of their loved ones to be found. I'm sick of those people being erased from the conversation. There are 1000s of bodies lost in Gaza. 1000s of families waiting for their loved ones remains. Let's work peacefully to get them all back with their families instead of creating more dead bodies because someone somewhere has decided that those 13 are the most important.

So well put!

They could have said all that without calling people psycho.

They didn’t actually call people psycho- they said that kind of behaviour is psycho, meaning the actions or decisions that led to more children being killed, not the individuals themselves. The focus of that post was on the unbearable loss of life, not attacking other posters.

And Israel are the ones who chose to kill almost 50 children in 24hrs. You can rabbit on about Hamas all you like but this blood is on Israels hands, just as the blood of those killed on Oct 7 is on Hamas.

We could say that Israel knew that keeping people under occupation would lead to violence does that make Oct 7 Israels fault? Actions have consequences right?

And if there was no reprisal for Hamas’ actions killing the soldier, what would then have happened? Do you think it would have de-escalated or would Hamas have been emboldened to do more, take further action. It was telling that immediately upon the ceasefire the first actions Hamas took were to round up and publicly execute “collaborators”- these aren’t the actions of people who are prepared to go quietly into the night

Uh-huh sure. Calling the perspective of someone who is grieving psycho isn't calling them psycho at all. And I'm sure calling people Israeli arse lickers or whatever their latest insult of choice is perfectly polite too.

So you think that killing 35 children because of a delay in getting back a body is acceptable do you?

Killing 35 children isn’t ’the perspective of someone who is grieving’. It’s completely unacceptable.

No of course I don't, and its quite fucking disgusting you'd imply otherwise. Psycho maybe, since apparently its okay to call people that.

You will be required to bat away at least a few strawmen before real discussion can take place.

Were the strikes on terrorist cells because of Hamas deliberately playing sick psychological games with the body parts of people they dragged into Gaza after murdering them/or murdered them afterwards, or to attack the terrorist cells?

Why are these terrorist cells keeping all these children around them knowing they would be targeted after firing on or trying to fire on the IDF, that’s if Hamas figures of the dead and the demographics of the dead are to be believed?

Hamas orchestrate the conditions to cause outrage, as they have always done, you’d think that would have been picked up on by now.

The only way Gazan children could have been in anyway protected throughout this war considering it was Hamas’s aim to use them as pawns, was to evacuate them from the war zone, as is common practice in wars, which should have been done from the very beginning but horrifically it seems their most ardent supporters preferred they were used as human sacrifices for Hamas and it’s cause as there has been a deafening silence about that from them.

Lots of global pressure on Israel to appease their terrorist government to protect them but none on the neighbouring country just a few km away, where many Gazans originated from and which bears a lot of responsibility for the situation today, to give them refuge.
