For me it's the fact that kids are being bombed but people sit there and not only justify it but celebrate it. They think it's okay because of the colour of their skin.

As we reported earlier, an Israeli air strike on Sunday hit the al-Aqsa Hospital complex in central Gaza, where many displaced Palestinians were sheltering.

The strike killed four people and injured dozens others. Aouni Khattab, who lost his tent and belongings in the strike, says some of those sheltering "were trapped inside the fire".

"We were unable to pull them out," he tells Reuters, adding: "A human being burning alive in front of your eyes, and you can't rescue them."

Another person sheltering at the site says: "I swear there's no safety, whether it's a hospital, a school, or any place. Nearly five days ago, they hit a school, and today they hit the tents."

Israel says it was targeting a "terrorist" command and control centre, adding that it took "numerous steps" to mitigate the risk to civilians.

Having seen Moraz' image of the burning person I truly think I may have to spend some time away from this forum became to see the same ( and new) posters arguing over semantics while children are literally burning to death is too much.

My heart is so sad for all these people not only for what they are going through but the knowledge that the world knows and doesn't give a shit about them.

It's REALLY REALLY hard isn't it. It's been weighing heavy on me today and everyday I'm terrified to see what I might come across on SM. And I haven't seen any of the pro Israel supporters on here condemn this or have anything to say about it.

I really feel that the Israeli government has been given carte blanche by the Western Governments to do as they please.
When will they say "enough is enough"?
I have worked in France, on a hospital ward for children with serious burns. I lasted two weeks. I cannot bear to think of the terrible pain the survivors of the fires must be in, knowing that hospitals have been bombed deliberately and they have to endured what we wouldn't, in the name of self defence.

It's heartbreaking. Poor man. Saw a video of a little boy in Gaza dying this morning. I've seen so many horrors lately, I just can't even even find the words.

We used to tell ourselves that people didn't really burn alive. That the fumes would kill them before this happened.
I can never, never cleanse my eyes.
Today, every child I saw in the street seemed as if they could be burned alive in an instant.
Those who won't condemn this should fear their dreams and the darkness.

Heartbreaking 💔 what an horrific way to die. I can't watch any of it. The suffering just gets worse and worse with no end in sight.

I can’t believe it’s been going on this long, and that it continues to get worse. How can people in Gaza be expected to carry on trying to live like this.

Where is the little girl who wore that dress? Wandering from tent to tent? Is she now sick? Hungry? With a limb missing? An orphan? Dead?
