If a large number of members of Al Quaeda or ISIS were killed with a precise attack I think in the West there would be admiration and indeed satisfaction that such a military success had occurred.

However I am disturbed by the reporting of the targeted neutralization of terrorists within Lebanon with even the main stream press virtually describing those struck as civilians and questioning the legality and morality of this! Have we lost our moral compassess?

There were some unfortunate civil an deaths but given the scale of the strike this was a terrible inevitability. However the civil an to combatant rratio was very small in reality as the explosions were kinky d to a personal zone. Yet when we read the press we allow terrorist propaganda calling the events a massacre of even that trumped up word 'genocide' that people seem to love.

If Osama bin Laden had been brought to a local hospital would we have allowed weeping doctors to lament his injuries? Thought not.

I disagree with you. The BBC for example almost daily show where Israeli bombs land and make a poit if its a school, mosque etc. They are about as antisemitic as can be in their reporting.

On the two youtube clips I saw, pagers were detonated in supermarkets but only the pager owner was hurt. There were lots of people around them but no-one else was hurt.

If only Hamas and Hizbollah didn't want to eradicate Israel and wipe Jews from the face of the earth. Then there might be a chance of peace talks. You really can't compare the Troubles in Ireland with the Middle East, I'm afraid.

It's all in the language I think. No they aren't actively "blocking" aid but they are definitely putting many obstacles in the way to delay and limit what gets through so it isn't sufficient to address the humanitarian needs.

Well yes, I would imagine that someone who would misattribute heinous quotes about dead children wouldn't be seeing things in the same way way I do. Finding reporting of where bombs land to be antisemitic is an interesting take, you didn't address what I said though. How many dead children are named? How many of their families are mentioned? Saying a bomb hit a school and 7 children died is very basic reporting to my mind.

Would you be happy with the BBC reporting on an Israeli school being hit with a single article that says a school in X area was hit, 14 civillians died with 7 children among the dead. And that's it, that's all of the reporting that those poor victims get.

It is the same language the UN and numerous aid organisations are also using.
