The current stats list is shown below, UCL means usual cycle length, and CD is cycle day.

In theory the person who starts the thread gets a BFP before the end, but I'll just be happy to get AF turn up again!

Hello, just popping on to tell you about Fulham but I see that Roses has already beaten me to it!

Flick - good luck with the CBFM. I conceived on the second cycle of using it, and DrewsGirl on the first, so they are definitely worth the money

Hope to see you all on the Grads thread soon.

PinkiePoo · 04/05/2010 17:15

Hi ladies.

evil don't worry, i feel your non-AF pain!! At least things are getting sorted for you.

i am afraid i don't have the energy to write to everyone today, i am very poorly.

Spent yesterday feeling sorry for myself, then was sick all last night, with heebie jeebies at the same time, so had to be sick in the bath....ha ha nice.

Today, so far so good, but just have very bad head cold and the worst sore throat....but at least no sick.

with no AF, sore boobs, sickness anyone would think im preggo. i'm not. DAMN!!!

chancewouldbeafinething · 04/05/2010 17:18

Ah looks like roses and pixie had the same thought as me...So let me just say Hello ALL hope you all have good luck this month.

Also Trying is over due now and expecting to go any day...her contractions have already started...watch this space!

See you all soon

Hermya321 · 04/05/2010 18:49

Pops head round corner, looks for Aries......does not see Aries.

Hello everyone, I hope you're all well!!

Felicity Gosh I'm sorry they've taken your name, but it's not over until the LO is born. Maybe she won't look like your favourite name.

Ariesgirl · 04/05/2010 19:15

Am here, Hermya, I just have nothing to report! Sorry if I'm not appearing to be interested in anyone else at moment. I'm a bit preoccupied, that's all...

Hermya321 · 04/05/2010 19:26

Aries It's ok, no worries, was just popping in. It's ok to be preoccupied.

wakarimasen · 04/05/2010 19:41

Hello,

I am new to post on here but have been looking for the last few months. Everyone on this thread seems nice and there are not too many acronyms to get my head around.

I am really confused as I came off the pill in January and all went back to a very normal 28 day cycle and as soon as we started TTC (from 3rd April) I had 4/5days spotting before a full on period which started at the normal time. Now today this spotting has returned (only 21 days since my last full on period began). I am wondering if its just my body re-adjusting? Just weird it was Ok for the first few months.

I dont have any kids yet so this would be our first! No idea what to do with a thermometer of even when (or if) I ovulate!

Well I am on the bus now!

kkas · 04/05/2010 20:46

welcome waki - not sure what is going on although i also went through a few "normal" months after the pill and then a few "weird" months after that. let us know your stats and we will add you to the list

hope everyone had good weekends, despite the rubbish cold weather. i have been lurking, but not too much to report over the weekend. today i could not wake myself up and decided to take a duvet day and called in sick. my plan was to read my book in bed all day but in the end all i did was sleep. very odd. i am still so exhausted and could easily go back to bed and sleep all night. think i better make some effort for DH though so i'll wait til he's ready for bed. also have quite tender breasts. but have been having the first signs of cramps, so despite me starting to get my hopes up with all this tiredness, i think the reality is that i am just really tired from all the DIY and work we have been doing and AF is on her way. either way - will def keep you guys posted! i am not planning on testing until the weekend at the earliest.

kkas · 04/05/2010 20:48

sorry - didn't mean to mess with your name wakarimasen! just realised i completely messed it up.... problem with scrolling down to the message box and having no memory!

wakarimasen · 04/05/2010 20:58

Hi kkas

I think my stats are as follows:

TTC#1, Cycle 1, UCL??, CD21

wakarimasen · 04/05/2010 21:00

no worries Waki is just as appropriate!!!

hairytriangle · 04/05/2010 21:08

wakarimasem welcome, I'm a newbie too, also trying for first time.

I came of pill in Oct, had similar situation - normal 28 day cycle, and a bit of spotting, so I think likely to be normal adjustment. Speak to your GP if you are at all worried - I found them really helpful when I discussed TTC with them and got some useful pointers and tests done.

x

CaveMum · 04/05/2010 21:16

Welcome wakarimasem hope you'll find this thread as lovely and supportive as I have.

Aries don't worry about being preoccupied, we're just nosey excited for you!

haloflo · 05/05/2010 07:20

Morning all, no AF yet for me. Temp up in fact. Had a terrible nights sleep though so not sure if that had an impact.

Sorry to hear you are both ill kkas and pinkie. I hope you are both feeling better today.

Hi wakarimason you don't have to do anything rude with a thermometer (unless you want to!) but if you want more information about temperature taking go to the fertility friend website. I along with a few others am a big fan. About coming off the pill - I had 3 cycles of exactly 28 days then the length has gone down since then. I can't help with the spotting but I do think it takes a while for your cycles to settle down. Good luck on cycle 1.

Back later.

womanlytales · 05/05/2010 08:49

This is my first month of temping and I got to say it's been exhausting. I got one of those charts from fertilityUK where you record temp,cm,cp and anything else... so here's my query. My temp from day 9 - 14 are hovering at the 36.3/36.2 area..and then cd15-17 they dip to 36.1/35.9. Dip in temp perhaps indicates I am ovulating - right? But my cm data is contradictory -- I thought there was ewcm on CD12 but these three low temp days it's been far less than what was earlier.
Also a bit depressed - we did SWI earlier in the week and by now are just a bit fed up..so when my temp dipped we haven't. So woke up this morning CD17 with a whole lot of depressive thoughts...
joy joy joy

welcome wakari

felicityFlick · 05/05/2010 09:39

Morning all- I'll be back later to catch up but just wanted to welcome wakari and say flo wouldn't your temp be lower if you had a bad night's sleep? Thats what we decided about getting up in the night last time we had low temps...? Glad no AF for you on day 27 and aries what's going on your end?

Hi to all and like I said I'll be back later on xxx

WhiteRoses · 05/05/2010 09:54

Just another quick post to say Flick, it's not "our" thread, it's all of ours... Your names are all on it too, remember! x

kkas · 05/05/2010 10:29

whiteroses thanks for that - i know i love checking up on you guys every day! isn't it exciting re trying?! hope she and LO are doing ok today.

womanly sorry hun... i have no idea what is going on. i know what you mean about getting fed up with the SWI though!

halo good to hear re temp up! fingers crossed!

still feeling very tired today and also a little light headed. but i have made the trek into work as i don't think i can get away with another day in bed . really trying not to get my hopes up with all this tiredness, but it is so hard not to think what if?!

About to cook my tea so again not stopping but just noticed after I read your post kkas that you are on CD31 today. Hope af stays away for you and fingers crossed that the tiredness is a good sign. Have a good day

Ariesgirl · 05/05/2010 11:27

kkas wouldn't it be great if we turned out to be baby buddies as well as cycle buddies?

claireinthecommunity · 05/05/2010 11:50

Morning all,

Oooh kkas, I really hope this is it for you, you've had so many ups and downs over the months And yes, it was nice to read that message from Whiteroses, sometimes it feels as if I've been left behind, have you felt that too?

Thanks Whiteroses et all for the heads up over on the grads thread

Welcome to wakarimasen

Any news from Aries?

Hope you are feeling better today pinkie.

DH and I had a lovely wedding anniversary yesterday (thanks halo), felt very 'loved up' Went for an Italian meal in town, we both got absolutely stuffed! Kept looking at my watch all day saying we would have been married now, having photos done now, having the meal now It was so nice to look back over the four years since we were married and see how far we've come, in marriage and life generally.

claireinthecommunity · 05/05/2010 11:53

X post with Aries (it does take me a long time to compose a post ).

felicityFlick · 05/05/2010 12:53

aries when will you poas? Maybe tomorrow?!

Hi claire glad you had a lovely wedding anniversary xxx

WhiteRoses · 05/05/2010 13:54

Aww Claire - [hug] - you've not been left behind at all. It's bound to happen soon, and when it does, you'll barely even remember all the months of trying! Just relax and enjoy being with your DH (while his aftershave still smells good and doesn't make you sick!) and it'll happen when it happens. Meanwhile, just try and think that every month that goes by, you and your DH are growing stronger as a couple. I know my mum and dad were married for six years and had two miscarriages before I came along, and while I know they wouldn't have chosen for it to be that way, they've both said that they don't know if they'd have pulled through as well as they did, had they had us sooner. They're about to celebrate their thirtieth wedding anniversary, we're all grown up and they're more loved up than ever! It's nice. Anyway, just another perspective, trying to look on the bright side! x

Kkas - I really want to chant "test, test, test" at you, but I'll refrain! Hope you don't feel better soon though, if you know what I mean! x

Aries - again, wanting to chant but won't! Good luck! x

kkas · 05/05/2010 13:55

aries yes! that would be amazing.

hi claire yes i must admit i sometimes feel like i have been left behind and that is why it is so nice to be able to pop into the grads thread now and again. so glad you had a lovely anniversary
