I like the pic of her with her OH. She's pregnant ffs. I fought with EVERYONE in my first trimester, was properly stroppy, mostly with people I didn't know. Not that this is any of my business, obviously.

don't take my new broomstick away

iggypiggy · 12/08/2009 15:03

ok - for your entertainment/ judgement:

  1. what COLOUR are your walls?
    white mainly

  2. how many CATS do you own?
    none

  3. have you EVER used the word babydust except in jest?
    never!

  4. is the DAILY MAIL an
    (a) excellent and informative newspaper; or (b) criminal use of trees?
    (b) utter filth read by my mum - and I torment her for it... oh the shame...

I had a job once which involved reading all of the major newspapers every morning - is v. interesting to compare the DM to others.. it basically has all of it's own news - nothing the same as other papers...

  1. who is your SECRET crush of SHAME? (nb must not be conventionally attractive)
Reece Shearsmith - does that count?

  2. who would play YOU in a Sunday evening ITV drama?
I don't know... can I come back on that one?

  3. is it your ROUND?
Right now yes - Gin for all!

now you didn't ask how old I was... guess you trust me to be mid 30's

Lottie I don't feel inferior to anyone and don't feel superior to anyone except for Jordan, Kerry Katona and basically everyone in HEAT mag.

Also, I feel that my vitriol had a point to it. Namely that you were/are pissing me off and I was moaning to my coven of hags pals here about it. I do feel like you were taking offence at things I was saying in a way that implied that I thought my experiences were right and best and no-one's else's was, which is bullshit and taking small details and fixating on them and after several attempts to politely explain myself and stop the nonsense, I put my foot down a bit. The nitpicking was ruining longwee's excellent thread. Now, for the love of Wet Mr Darcy, can we just all stop arguing about this crap like kids in a playground over whose dolly is the best (and I include myself in that insult) and get on with discussing the important things in life. Like: which famous men do we think are secretly gay and why can't I be arsed to go to the gym?

Scorpette · 12/08/2009 15:12

Woooooah.

lottielondon Thank GOD you don't over-react to pointless posts as you suggested on the other thread! Way to go for keeping your cool as a psychotherapist!

skihorse · 12/08/2009 15:18

Scorpette go to the gym - I loves my gym. It's the best way to get an instant boost physically and mentally. Just don't forget your flip-flops for the shower. Am I the only one who has a horrid phobia about other people's hair? Yet at the same time everything in my house is covered in dog hair. Sometimes even in things - mostly unopened tins of jam for example.

And you can put that bottle of gin back, love

triggerhappybaby · 12/08/2009 15:31

lol @ uninvited klepto

Now then, back to the matter in hand. I have, since last night's 'Who the fucking hell do you think you are', got an enormous crush on David Mitchell of Peep Show fame.

Tell me, is he at all GAY?

OP posts:
Scorpette · 12/08/2009 15:33

Ski I know you're a member of the mounted branch of the Metropolitan Police force but put that baton down. DOWN, ski, DOWN.

I ain't going to the gym - have been developing a headache and it's getting worse. I'm going to sit here with one of those weird cold gel patches on my head and feel fat and worry about my ovaries and watch Twilight on DVD, which has just arrived from Lovefilm. Don't judge me... DON'T YOU DARE JUDGE ME!!!

Talking of getting the post, we live in an apartment (ok, a flat) and have to go outside to mailbox. I nipped out, looking glam in an old dress and flipflips and as I was about to go back in, the wind blew my dress right up and gave the skanks at the bus stop a good view of my heinous lilac period pants.

I am raw sex personified.

longwee good on you. Someone has to be the dignified adult here. And it ain't going to be me, so NAAAH I really am in a shit mood today. I almost wish some Jehovah's Witnesses would call round

Bessie123 · 12/08/2009 15:33

that is really funny, I saw the end of that last night and it occurred to me that he might be. honestly.

Bessie123 · 12/08/2009 15:34

oh, my incomprehensible post was to triggerhappybaby

Scorpette · 12/08/2009 15:35

Flipflips? I also own a pair of flipflops.

trig David Mitchell isn't gay... but still lives in the same shit flat he's lived in since he was at uni with the same flatmate, so draw your own conclusions on that. I recorded that, so might watch it after Twilight.

I'm off to stalk everyone's profiles n pics now - dunno why never thought of it before!

triggerhappybaby · 12/08/2009 15:38

I'm going to really piss on your picnic scorps by informing you smugly that it is now the Metropolitan police service not FORCE, since they stopped having crown immunity from beating up scrotes and shysters.

OP posts:
Scorpette · 12/08/2009 15:38

PS I have a photographic memory and remember trivia I read in articles - am not a weirdy sleb obsessive, honest!

Right, teeny vampyrs ahoy!

triggerhappybaby · 12/08/2009 15:39

I don't care if he is gay. I've taken it up the box before and I can do it again if needs be.

I once upon a time had a very big snog with a man who had forsworn women for the past 8 years, and had thought he'd never be interested again (but then it was at one of the clubs I mentioned earlier and I was scantily dressed as a showgirl at the time )

not sure I have the ability to turn 'em anymore.and far as spacey goes I'd be happy to share umbrella-y cocktails and have a chinwag meself.

Please note I am not joining in any fighty stuff,I hang out in the palace precisely because it is (normally) a bit of a haven from any of that.

So anyone who wants a scrap please just go back to spoiling wees thread (sorry mate but the palace is sacred)

tequila time methinks!

Cosmosis · 12/08/2009 16:13

oh good lorg trog get with the programme. I confessed my shameful pash for David Mitchell back in thread one!

ginhag · 12/08/2009 16:16

and scorp did in thread 2 I think...

you're all mentals.

iggypiggy · 12/08/2009 16:20

seems I has picked hectic day for thread joining... so do I get allowed to stay? Or do I have to fancy someone gay/ possibly gay first?
