Hi neeko how are you? Hope you are ok and feeling a bit more positive. I know what you mean about the old thread, i decided i had to stop thinking negatively, and reading everyones mc stories made me too depressed. That sounds awful, its not quite what i mean, just that i can't think about all that right now while things are still very early on, i hope you understand what i'm trying to say!

Still getting some crampy type pains, and feel a bit bloated, not sure if thats normal, but no bleeding so that has to be a good sign

I know exactly what you mean. That's exactly how it was making me feel. TBH I've been a bit of a nightmare to live with this past week and think posting there is contributing. I'm going to try to be more positive and wait patiently for AF without second guessing every twinge.
I think what you're feeling sounds perfectly normal and you should try to relax as much as possible. How far along are you now? Add your name to the list to keep us all up to date. Is there any chance of an early scan to put your mind at rest?

Welcome BlueMoon - I felt so much better when I "graduated" from the MC forum - it got to a point where reading other peoples stories was just dragging me down and making me relive it all Even though I have mc'ed again, it was so early that I don't feel the need to go back to that forum - am happy here

We are off at around 9.30 tomorrow, so I thought I'd wave goodbye now in case I don't get a chance tomorrow. Will be lurking on my phone whilst I am away.

Had a lovely day today visiting a friend who has 3 lovely girls, the youngest of whom is only just one year old and loves cuddles with her "auntie" Spent the day in the garden, supping Pimms, eating chocolate muffins and playing footie with the girls.

Hoping for some gourmet BD whilst on hols We got off to a good start this morning

Bleeding stopped yesterday, but I still have mild nausea, heartburn, dizziness, insomnia .... Hoping it will wear off soon or symptom spotting will get very confusing !!

from my own calculations i am about 6 or 7 weeks i think. when i go to the doctors i will ask about an early scan, but i am not holding my breath they are all horrible! or at least they were when i was going through my mc. but we are moving house next month so maybe i will get some nice doctors?

i'm going to hold off adding my name to the list, for a while anyway, i don't want to jinx things. haven't even told any family or friends yet, they were so upset last time i don't want to put them through it again if things turn out badly. its just me, bf and all you ladies on here!

hope your af comes soon, its horrible waiting for it, although i was very lucky and it came exactly 4 weeks after mc. which is funny as i am never that regular normally!

Totally understand about adding your name -we all have our own we superstitions.

af arrived this morning so thats cd27. I think I might be about to hang my bd hat up... fought it out all week in my head, fought it out with dh the week before that.
Its just that we have spent 4 years going round and round an endless cycle of pain hope etc etc and at 41 and a big age gap now I have to start to question myself.
Anyway double pants really - forgotten to say morning to everyone but I have to go placate some of my customers and do some work.

Hi everyone, have just had the amnio results - ALL NORMAL (whatever normal means!) . I had a good weep after speaking to the hospital and before phoning DP - hadn't realised just what a relief it would be, and just how much this has been hanging over me. Feel like I can actually believe I might be holding a new baby come September! I just want to say again how much I have appreciated all your support.

Going to have a glass of wine with dinner tonight to celebrate - can't remember the last time I actually had one, so I'm sure one won't hurt!

mermaid, sorry about the old witch, but please don't give up yet. I dont' want to sound trite, but please cuddle youself up, get over this and relax and see what happens. I'm determined this is the lucky thread for all of us.

A quick lurk & have to say Bloody Brilliant news Lion!! So relieved for you, as you know had similar experience with my 3rd mc so was virtually holding your hand this last 2 weeks! Now you can finally maybe start to fully enjoy being preggers!

Mermaid c'mon Mrs, it aint over til the fat lady sings! You still have the consultant to see for results, & oth avenues to explore (LIT?! ), as well as the acupuncture...

BTW didnt get results back for missing test yet but was confirmed that treatment can still go ahead without it so !

Need to make an appt with midwife for what should have been 16 week check - they wanted to wait for the results.

Anomaly scan not until 21st, at almost 22 weeks, but as had scan recently with the amnio we're ok with that.

Is yours doing much moving around yet? This one is a real wriggler - hence the name Fidget! Even DP can feel it. Can remember feeling DD move around now, but not real kicks. At least am not yet getting Braxton Hicks yet, they started early with DD and were very painful towards the end.
