Oh Jools big hugs coming your way. It is a tough one today, I was really sad on my EDD last October, but it does get easier after that date passes. A candle is a lovely idea,we did a similar thing in that we planted a tree in our garden , I found this a nice way to remember the little one I lost.

kitty Am feeling a little tired today and am so happy the weekend is here

Not happy as I have put on 3lbs... but of course have not been able to work out due to calf injury so hopefully its just water retension

did another opk today (I know, naughty me!) - still positive though not as dark as yesterday. Hmmm - hope this wasn't ovulation - no BD since Tues and no chance tonight as we're off out.

Completely negative opk today. So either an odd surge on thurs several days after ovulation or I completely messed up and have just ovulated, in which case my temp went up before ovulation. Aaaargh. I am so confused.

Cant quite believe i'm writing this but I got a BFP this morning!!!!!!

I am in shock! AF due today/tomorrow so also a little nervous as feel its going to turn up any minute.....

Feeling decidedly not pregnant at moment though am only 8 dpo I think (or even less depending on those erroneous Opks.

Im trying to remain cool calm and collected but actually terrified of the worst case scenario.

Sorrry you are not feeling positive however you never know- i never imagined it would happen this month. I have been on antibiotic as i have been sick, had all my infertilitly bloods and tv scan (same day as you).

Yellow my fingers and toes are crossed for you.

Have decided to ttc this month as I can't wait any longer. Still am over weight but think that fat people do have babies... besides it could take me ages to get pg so I might as well keep trying whilst I am losing weight. My AF should arrive this Friday, so if it does my cycle is back to its norm.

Hope you are all well, speak to you soon. Have loads on this week so will try and read and post whenever I can.

thanks cindy and yellowmonster - I was lying in bed this am having a glorious lie in with sunshine shining through window. Then got a work related call about something I had forgotten to do - completely my fault - and now feel so stupid and angry with myself and on verge of tears.

cindy - when I was having acupuncture (not anymore - decided it was silly and also too expensive) the acupuncturist did say to me that if fat people didn't have babies then america would be half the population it is. He also said fat is a problem if it is stopping ovulation but not if you are ovulating anyway.

Yellowflowers thanks but I keep thinking I miscarriaged as I am about three and half stones overweight... but hopefully I can knock off another stone by the end of July... I am ovulating but feel I need to be at least at a healthy weight.

I think the same of myself Cindy - am now 2.5 stone "overweight" and if I could lose another 11 pounds, my BMI would be simply "overweight" and not "obese" so that is my next goal. Weight loss has plateaued for 2 weeks though and I'm getting pretty fed up with it all.

I have a fairly flaky back, and it always gets better if I lose a bit of weight, so I'd like to be size that means my pelvis and lower back stands a chance of not giving out under the weight of a full term pregnancy.

Just updating myself - I think EWCM will arrive on Wed (same day as my recurrent MC appt), so BD Fest about to start.

Hi ladies, congratulatins Lovelymonster what wonderful news!

How confusing re OPK's Yellow

All well my end, decided to show DH my fertility friend charts (how romantic lol) to highlight why I am keen to BD on specific days and show why I am not just obsessing (well not too much anyway) this went down really well, it helped for him to see it in black and white. So he agrees we need to step up the action this week as I think I will ovulate of Friday. Trouble normally is that he is really keen to "try for a baby" post Ovulation or other times I am not fertile, so at least now he can see why I bang on about certain days of the month.

Yellow Cindy Jools I really don't think being overweight will stop you getting PG I have a couple of friends who are big girls and they both got PG really easily, so don't worry too much

We might be obsessing but I have done v. poorly on BD action... was scuppered by DH's man flu for a while and now he working long hours and tired.. so have managed twice on;y and am now on CD 18 - I will have to really step it up next month... luckily we have a week's holiday at exactly the right time

good idea re: chart... I might have to explain a little more to my DH too..
