Hi all - thought I would start this as it would be great to haveothers to share this with.

This is me:

me:28, dh 37, dd 3.9, ds 2.1!
ttc no. 3 since aug 08
mc sept 08, dec 08
UCL 34 days
1st month of CBFM currently CD12

Anyone care to join me..??

I've just had to buy some more sticks, god they're so expensive! I hope I wont have to keep buying them for to long or I'll be bankrupt at this rate!

Angua- I only got a high on cd 11.

englebart - have you tried buying them on ebay? Still expensive but a bit cheaper than in the shops!

it was CD 10 this morning - still low - but my cycles seem to be around 31 days at the moment, so might have to wait a few days more!

newmember - I hope your high comes soon!

Still no peak ... could it be my antibiotics?

instructions do say that antibiotics may interfere, hope you get a peak tomorrow...
I'm wondering whether to program it to cycle day 1 when I have brown blood rather than red, am swaying towards setting cd1 as when period should start properly.

I would wait until your 'real' period begins before setting in to CD1

CD11 - still on low - as I said, my cycle seems to be about 31 days at the moment, so it could still be a while before I get anything, here's hoping!

good news about your peak! CD2 for me. Not sure if I can cope with another round of this ttc malarky. I'm sure I wasn't this obsessed first time round, I remember having no idea when I ovulated and no idea when af was due. Wish I could be that relaxed again!

CD13 - Still low - when did you all get your highs/peaks?

I am TTC no 2 as well - its amazing how quickly you get obsessed - even though you tell yourself you will just see how it goes, and not stress about it!

I got my high cd 14 and 15 which is about right for me. You may get your high tomorrow Angua.

One of my friends accused me of going over the top buying the machine saying I should try and 'stay calm' about it as getting stressed will make it harder to get pregnant. Needless to say she hasn't started trying for a baby yet, I bet she'll become as obsessed as the rest of us when she does!

Another peak for me this morning! I imagine it will go high tomorrow and then back to low on sat - lets hope its gd news! I will try and stay calm and not got to caught up on the waiting game! Well ... thats the plan! lol

Im 26 (27 next month!!),
have PCOS
1 daughter who's a year
had a mc in april this year at 8 weeks

have reset my CBFM and using it now for the first time in ages since we conceived our DD. AF arrived 6 weeks after mc which i didnt think would happen as i only really ovulate once every year pretty much!!! but am hoping after the birth of my daughter that maybe my body is trying to sort itself out. Anyway i'm on CD15 on the monitor and its still reading low so am gutted, though i've had loads of ewcm for the last 3 days, so am trying not to give up too much hope..... ahh!!! so confusing.

Glad you got your high Angua! I'm back on depressing CD5, another 9 days at least before I get a high.

Welcome BellasYummyMummy, you never know you may ovulate later this month so you might still be in with a chance . Sorry to hear about your miscarriage. It took my body a few months to get back to normal, but it does eventually.

I am CD16 now and still high - but I know it could take the peak a few days, since its the first month I am using it.

Yes I was high on CD16 as well, am hoping the monitor will be more reliable second time round now that it knows my body a bit. Good luck for this month!

thanks all!! i've had loads of ewcm today, though was tinged with blood which i've never had before (sorry tmi ), i dunno if its my monitor out of whack or just my body not knowing whats going on. I reset my monitor before using it as i hadnt taken the batteries out so when i turned it on it said 99 so just thought it was better to start over, but now wondering if thats making things a little squiffy. Hopefully ill get a high in the next day or two!!!!!! fingers crossed. i told myself that with number 2 we would be relaxed and wouldnt get stressed over it, but after 6 months i am finding myself starting to get obsessed again, even more so since the last mc.

Englebart - do you mean that you think the monitor was wrong to have you as high on CD16?

I am still high on CD17 - but it does kind of make sense to me, as I have a 31/32 day cycle.

Bellasyummymummy - I too have had lots of EWCM - fingers crossed!

yes I think it was wrong Angua- I already had my peak on CD14 and CD15 so assumed on CD16 it would drop down to low as ovulation had passed... I thought the machine was playing it safe as it was my first month of using it. Of course I could be completely wrong (what do I know after all!) and the machine was spot-on. Didn't get my BFP though despite doing it every day my fertility was high and at its peak.

Englebart - I see what you mean now, I am on High on CD17 - but haven't had my peak yet!

Am hoping its coming soon, but not totaly despondant as it fits in with my long cycle.

How disappointing not to be pregnant despite doing it every day on the high and peak

is this your first? How long have you been trying for?

This is my second - and we are in our third month of trying - but first month with monitor

Its my second too Angua! And my first month trying with the monitor.

Trying not to feel too despondent as keep reading that you have an 89% chance of pregnancy after 2 cycles of using the machine. So if I dont get my BFP this month I will be disappointed.

Hope you get your peak soon, I found it stressful last month waiting for the peak, worried that it would never turn up but of course it did.
