Hi monkeybumsmum

I hope the old witch has stayed away!

Cd 16 today and....still just a high
That's 6 highs now, I'm beginning to really worry I'm not going to Ov this month which will really P me off!!!!!!

Hope everyone else is having more luck

xxxx

Vikks · 06/11/2009 10:35

I had my appointment yesterday and they found I?ve got one follicle on each side! The one of them is 11mm now and I?m waiting until it gets to 18mm before I trigger. So more injections over the weekend and another scan on Monday. I trying not to get my hopes up too much but it?s very exciting knowing I?m gonna OV for sure! My CBFM has moved up to ?high? as well so all the signs are good.

LucyAngel82 ? Welcome to the thread. I hope the CBFM does the trick for you and your future is only filled with happiness. Don?t worry just yet about all the ?highs?, last month I had 14 before I got my ?peak? (that was a lot of BD)! You might always have OV late and had a short LP.

Monkeybumsmum ? AF or testing? I?m hoping it?s the latter!

Baby Dust xxxxx

Amberc · 06/11/2009 16:56

LucyAngel82 - blimey your post made me cry my eyes out - you must be such a strong woman. I echo what Vikks said and I hope we get a BFP for you soon on the thread!

cyncan - wow - you must have an amazing job - what do you do?

We have mised our slot this cycle do to the abstinence period for DP. Still what with moving house this weekend I've just got so much else on my plate.

Monkey - I think they want to wait until we have all the answers before even broaching the subject of what to do. If my fallopian tubes are working (please god) then they can do the sperm insertion thingy called IUI. If not we may have to go with IVF. In the meantime we'll just keep trying. The horrid test they have to do with the dye and the Xray actually raises fertility for up to 3 months (I don't know how!) so maybe we won't need anything!

heffieanna · 06/11/2009 19:07

Well this is the story so far....
CD 28 and OV was CD 20. So I'm DPO 8.
DTD CD 18 and 20 (not much action as DH was poorly....poor DH )

Had some lower abdo cramps but could be AF getting ready. Then yesterday had that funny taste all day. That has gone now. Had to get ssome mints from a colleague. Been OK today. After lunch felt a bit sick like it hadn't gone down right. Now got in from work and feel headachey and sick. Gonna have dinner as hungry but feel sick! This morning I thought AF was on route as had some very, very, very light discharge of a light brown colour but that has now gone. The puzzle continues...

Anyway.....I think I'm looking far too much iinto things....I'm sure I'm not pg but you never know. UCL is 32-34 so not sure when to test.

Hello to you all and any newcomers. Hope you're all well.

heffieanna · 06/11/2009 19:12

LucyA Your post is so sad and worded so beautifully. You are so so brave and put all my little worries into perspective.

Shmoo75 · 06/11/2009 19:53

Lucy You are so brave and couragous it gives me and the other girls on here real hope and, if you can keep going so can we. I really hope you get a BFP soon and, you have a lovely healthy baby in your arms next year.

Well, I am CD24 today and, no Peak yet!!! I had my 6th High this morning! My 1st cycle of using CBFM I had 4 Highs, 2 Peaks,1 High then Low again. No idea what is going on but, fingers crossed I get myPeak tomorrow otherwise I will be one p^^ed of girlie!!!!

cyncan · 07/11/2009 11:52

Lucy, I just read your post!! Kuddos to you!!!! You will definitely get a baby in your arms soon!!! Keep the hopes up.

Shmoo be patient about the peak. I had a month that I didn't peak... (the second month using the CBFM).

Amber I hope all your treatments work, and you get BFP on those high fertility months!

Vikks!! Positive vibes your way!!! I hope this is your month!!!

Monkey.... I hope it was not AF that showed up but a BFP!! Keep us posted!

As of me.. I am still in Ghana.... things are looking a bit better. Still don't know how much longer I will be here. I really hope my cycle doesn't go crazy with the timezone changes...

xoxo to all.

cyncan · 07/11/2009 11:52

oh.. not using the CBFM anymore.... I was getting a bit too obsessed about it... let's see how it goes without it...

LucyAngel82 · 07/11/2009 12:58

Hi ladies,

I hope you are all well today . Thank you for the kind words, it really has been a horrible time for us but we have so much love to give our little one when they arrive, we have to keep trying. Sometimes I really don't know if I could handle another loss but rather than focus on that I just ask myself if I can go through it one mnore time...and I can because it's so worth the wait, our little Lucy was perfect, so beautiful, I can't wait to make another perfect baby with DH

Well today I got my peak!! CD17, so all this time we've been BDing on the wrong days as I was convinced I ov'd day 14 so I'm off to leap on DH! I hope all you ladies still waiting for the peak get it really soon, and those ladies that are in the 2ww...well the symptoms sound promising to me!
I'll be checking back later to see if there are any BFPs, baby dust to everyone I really hope we all get our best Christmas present ever!

Shmoo75 · 07/11/2009 13:31

Well CD25 and another High! Will jump DH tonight as, I gave him a night of last night so, fingers crossed its tomorrow my Peak as, I only have 4 more tests of this box of 20!

heffieanna · 07/11/2009 17:03

DPO 9 and some bleeding so think AF might be on her way...

cyncan · 07/11/2009 17:53

heffieanna not to raise your hopes up.. but it could be implantation bleeding.... last month I had a bit of bleeding and was hoping it was IB... since according to other forums it is on 9DPO.... wishing you all the luck.....

kairo · 08/11/2009 02:54

Hi everybody, hope you dont mind me joining this group, i need your support.
I am 27 yrs old, ttc #1 since jan09.

I had one chemical pregnancy, was really upset.
I bought cbfm last september09, had 2 highs(bd on both high days) and got to peak days(unfortunately my hubby was away on my peak day) but i thought having bd on a high fertile day(this was the day before my peak)i would concieve as sperm survives up to 7 days, i think,
well after waiting so impatiantly doing 4 hpt all negative, my period started on cycle day 36(wow that was a long cycle) i am usually ucl-31. i thought i was pregnant. was really down and emotional.
2nd month of trying cbfm i got 2 peak days on the 30th and 31st of october 09 and a high on the 1st nov.
i bd the whole week leading up to and inc the peak days. But i had guests on the high day so couldnt bd.
i am hoping this time its successful because i just feel so shit about myself.
i am now 7 dpo, no major symptoms, apart from heavy painfull boobs and slight premenstrual cramps in the morning, menses due to start in 8-9 days. finger crossed.
Also i have hypothyroid, on 100mcg, i hope this is not the cause of my temporary infertility.

I am also charting bbt this month, might help.

kairo · 08/11/2009 02:55

sorry correction imeant i bought the cbfm sept 09, not last sept*

Vikks · 08/11/2009 09:05

Kairo - Welcome to the thread. Good luck on your 2WW, I hope it goes quick for you. Painfull boobs is a good sign or is that normal for you? I'm still waiting to OV, had 4 highs so far. Last month I had 14 before I peaked. Our bodies always keep us guessing! Baby dust

heffieanna · 08/11/2009 11:02

Thanks cycan slightly hopeful but trying to keep realistic. I really don't think I'll be lucky...feel so down at the moment. Went to a bonfire last night and all friends have kids.....

What isit like cycan Temp has dipped too which is consistent with IB but.....just don't want to get hopes up.

Welcome kairo.

Shmoo75 · 08/11/2009 12:10

kairo welcome to the thread hun. I have had 2 m/c's myself so, I know how you feel. As each cycle goes by without a BFP it hurts more. My fx for you

I have had my 8th High this morning. Think I will invest in some OPK's as, I only have another 3 tests left from my box of 20 for my CBFM! Think OV is delayed due to me being ill. DH thinks I have a nasal infection as, apparently my snoring is still just as bad as, when I had my cold! Will make a Dr's appointment for tomorrow afternoon and see what he/she says.

kairo · 08/11/2009 19:01

Hey Vikks, heffieanna and Shmoo75

i am so emotionally down today, my hubby just took me for a ride to get me out the house.
My mom called me today and announced that my sis-in-law is pregnant after her first try. I am 50% happy for her but then the other 50% is jealousy. why ohh why god!! is it so difficult, i never ever ever thought i would have conception problems, i feel like crying. I can sense that i am not pregnant, cuz i feel am not the chosen 1 this month.
sorry guys for posting such a depressing message.
I asked my hubby to get a sperm count done, i sometimes get so angry with him, i have to chase him to bd, its like playing hide and seek. arghh!! his so annoying, but i love him.
I usually get really painful heavy boobs before aunt flo, however last month i had no painfull bbs or pre-menst cramps. i am confused,

monkeybumsmum · 08/11/2009 21:36

Evening all - just about to go to bed but saw your post kairo. It is soooo tough hearing about other people's pregnancies. It's good that you can be at least a little happy for your SIL, it takes a strong person to do that. It will be your turn soon, you have to believe that.
Have you been to the doctor to ask to have some tests? Men are unbelievable sometimes aren't they - I was always under the impression that men think about having sex all the time, but apparently that's only when they want it, and not when we do! In my time on mumsnet I've noticed a lot of people say that, so I think it's entirely normal, although terribly frustrating.
I hope you feel a little brighter in the morning - whenever I hear about other people being pregnant it hurts so much that I feel almost like I'm being stabbed. The more I think about it the more numb I become, until I no longer feel anything. It's the only way I can deal with it .
I hope everything turns out well for you, your symptoms sound hopeful for this month, so you never know

Hi to everyone else Must go to bed now - had an awful night last night with the worst period pain I've had in quite a while so need to go and make up for lost sleep before work tomorrow. Now on CD2, not holding out any hope at all anymore that we're going to get lucky, and can't wait for the date to come through for my laparoscopy. It can't come soon enough for me

Night all x

Vikks · 08/11/2009 22:35

Kairo ? You are not alone and whatever you are feeling is perfectly normal and understandable. When I found out one of my best friends was PG I felt so guilty for feeling jealous and crying about it. I got through it by telling myself that just because she was PG, it didn?t reduce my chances and we really have to believe that it will be our turn soon. Just think how loved and wanted our babies will be. We will really appreciate our little miracles because of what we went through to get them. Have a good nights sleep and I hope tomorrow you feel better about things. We are always here when you want to get anything off our chest and we all have times when we need to vent. Sit that DH of yours down and tell him how his actions make you feel. X

Hello to everyone else! I?ve got my next scan tomorrow, so I?m hoping for two lovely juicy 18mm follicles. I?ll let you know, may the force be with us!

kairo · 09/11/2009 01:27

thankyou guys, so so much, reading your messages has helped. I post messages late, as u can see, i cant get any sleep, i always sleep bout 4-5 am. I get nervous, anxious, stressed, and i dont know how to explain but kinda like depressed symptoms.
But reading back on my previous post i realise that everyone in this forum is in the same boat. Your right, we sometimes need days to curl up and cry and hate people for no reason.
i have a few things i havent mentioned on this forum cuz its long story. May b as i get comfortable with online forum posting i will getcomfortable. I never posted messages ever, this is my first experience.
vikks monkeybumsmum you both sound like darlings, thanks babe. i hope everything goes ok with you.
Try taking feminex for menstrual pains, it helps.

bubbalewy · 09/11/2009 12:55

Hi girls and the newbies, ive ben a bit quiet lately but i am checking in on you lot, this ttc can get a bit daunting sometimes, im trying not to be too focused on it 24/7 (bubbs says trying to convince herself)
VIKKS good luck hun at yr scan today, its such a good feeling when you get told about your follicles i can remember having a big smile on my face just when i was told that they are looking good lol (proud of my follicles)
KAIRO hi hun its good to come here and type in yr feeling as lots of us have been through such the same, me too with 2 mcs. The girls here are fantastic!
Ive had my peak cd10 this cycle, bit earlier than usual so on the 2ww AGAIN.. im not gonna get my hopes up. even though bd on cd8 & 10.

JustShaggy · 09/11/2009 13:59

LucyAngel82 Just read your story and my heart goes out to you. What a heartbreaking time you've been having! I really hope things turn around and wishing you all the most positive vibes for a BFP!

Amber and Vikks I am not fearful yet - but at age 38 am not sure how long we should TTC before seeking help...?!

Fingers crossed for today Vikks - could one follicle on each side lead to twins??? I'm really looking forward to your update and wishing you all the best.

cyncan I'm very jealous you're in Ghana!!!

kiaro Welcome. I have had the same mixed emotions about friends' BFP recently as well and have to face a dinner party with one soon. My reality check was reminding myself that one of them had had several MCs so she probably needed the BFP badly badly. The other is even older than I am so maybe she needed it more than I did too.....It is very hard to not feel down though.

heffianna How's it going with you today?

and ... boo hoo ...I'm on CD3 today. I expected this though.

JustShaggy · 09/11/2009 14:08

Started trying to update this but got swamped in details. Perhaps better way to update will be for people to copy and paste the list, updating their own details? I've done mine and made spaces for some of the new people.

Mondays list - needs mega updating
