Willmouse, You lucky thing you just remember that it is All worth it in the end as you will have a wonderful baby. I know its hard at the moment but it will pass.

I was very lucky with Emily as i didnt have any symptoms at all. I am hoping the next time around will be the same but probably not i will suffer badly as i had such an easy time with my first.

MrsPuddleduck · 26/02/2009 13:52

CE - come back - where have you gone!

HumphreysCorner · 26/02/2009 14:42

Perhaps ChocEclair is having her baby. She was nesting remember. Willmouse-am still tired but not like in those first few weeks.

Came off the phone moaning to DH about the wees all over the house and Sophie was sat on the potty and said 'can you wipe my bottom?'. She had done a massive wee in it. Hasn't since and have to collect Emma from school and take her dancing so will have to put a nappy on her.

Laters!

Good afternoon ladies, sounds like you've all had a nice day, including all the pooing and weeing and baby massaging..... I enjoyed my time at the hairdressers, a good chunk of ME time, i have a gift voucher for a facial and manicure which i really must use, my cousin bought me it in november for my birthday but being the silly cow i am i decided to keep it until i was pregnant !!! What a joke !!

Right HC and Willmouse I have decided i wont temp next month because as you say, i am reading far too much into the whole thing and i dont know where i am except to say i had horrible gunge with my discharge this morning, so i was right and i wont be pregnant yet again....DH was quite upset at this find and ive still a week and a bit to go as im only CD14. I nearly said balls to the whole thing and lets get a puppy !!!!
But its not quite the same {another big sigh}...I hate the waiting before we can try again, it seems to go on forever

Laters

MrsPuddleduck · 26/02/2009 15:37

Dawni - if you've had gunge perhaps you are ovulating especially as you are bang on day 14. It may be worth a go. TMI alert - I got browny cm when ovulating - think you can bleed a little when it happens. We Bd on the night I got it and the night after...

HC - potty training sounds as if it is going better! I put a nappy on Ollie and as predicted he had a massive poo and has completely regressed. He is now back to hysteria at the thought of sitting on the potty and he was doing so well

HumphreysCorner · 26/02/2009 16:33

Have had a nightmare with Emma tonight as she got told off with some others for not tidying up and her friend said she didn't like her anymore. The upshot of this was that she never wanted to go dancing ever again so we drove to dancing to tell the teacher. I felt miffed as she is quite good and I've just bought brand new ballet shoes. Anyway, after a talk in the car she has agreed to try next week but I bet her foot suddenly hurts again then. Sophie in a pull up now as I've lost the will to live today.

Try again tomorrow Willmouse but thank goodness he did a poo.

Dawni-I just think your temp taking is a fairly accurate way of checking for OV but by all means miss out next month.

Hi all,

I'm really worried about CE too. She did seem really worried that she'd upset people with her suggestion about moving threads...

So glad I don't need to join in yet with the poo and wee stories - my time will come...

Spoke to MW today and she said that I will not be linked to my DSis at all in relation to social services so that was good news. Measured Jelly aswell and she's doing fine. Heartbeat was good and everything else seems to be going well.

I have to have a horried Glucose test at 28 weeks though - yuck... Anyone else had this and can give some advice? My other sister suggested using a straw to drink the glucose solution as it goes down a little easier and you don't taste it as much. Annoying really because Mum didn't get Diabetes until she was in her early 50s and that's when my Grandad got it too, so it's a late onset illness, but I still have to have the test even though Mum's tests were clear with all 5 of us...

Anyway, I'll pop on again in the morning to see if CE is around.

Yes, ChocEclair did have a profile with some lovely pics on it. How very if she has gone as she has been a great support to me and all of you of course. Was so looking forward to her birth so we could find out if she had a boy or girl.

Please come back ChocEclair

It was a little blip on an otherwise marvellous thread.

Oven has packed up again so the day has got even worse.

I had a go at stalking CE earlier to no avail.

I also noticed that she has removed her profile page. I'm sure its my fault - I made a really curt posting (in support of Dawni who I adore) and have felt really guilty ever since.

Who used to be Angel?

HumphreysCorner · 26/02/2009 20:32

I'm in the Mumsnet Group but she isn't on Facebook I don't think and her name was never on the list when I last looked which wasn't long ago. Anyone on the CAT system, you have to pay to use it so if anyone is registered? Trouble is the receiver has to have options set to receive.

Sadly, with her profile now gone I don't think we'll hear from her again.

Choc has only been that and Carolyn as far as I remember. Don't recall who Angel is.

Willmouse-don't worry about it, everyones hormones were on the boil at the time.

Oh gosh - how very very I was worried that she might have been upset but then thought it was her last week at work so she is probably busy etc...but if her profile page has gone, it is not looking too good

Can we e-mail MNHQ and ask them if she has cancelled (not sure if they would tell us though).

She is definitely on Facebook as I remember her photos from when she went to Prague [?} were via Facebook - anyone any idea how long ago that was so we can search the archives to find the link - it will have her name and we can 'befriend' her?? (Gosh I sound a like a real stalker don't I??)

DawnAS I had the glucose tolerance test thie time round - was absolutely dreading it as I am really no good at not eating and actually deliberately missed my appointment - unfortunately they caught up with me and I had to do it. Mine was for the same reason as you - my mum was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in her late 50's. Anyway, the test itself was fine - the glucose drink actually didn't taste too bad at all and there isn't a lot of it - just drink it down!! But take a book/magazine with you as you have to sit around for 2 hours afterwards....and I ha d a Mars Bar ready for when I could eat again
