Hi All, have been on a couple of ttc hreads but due to sad arrival of af yesterday and x2 negative pg testa thought I'd start a September one.

We are ttc#2 we already have dd(2) and had a mc in September this will be cycle 3 since mc.

Mc hit me hard, more so than other adverse life events for some reason also head full of other stuff such as trying to complete a Post grad Diploma in Cognitive Therapy!!

Anyway want to try to be optimistic and hopeful and not (too!) obsessive this month!

Anyone else fancy joining?? xx

hello all -I just wanted to pop by and say hello, goodluck etc. About a month ago I was on this thread but decided to come off it as I was getting obsessed with charting etc etc. Anyway - DH was ill this month at our crucial time so one inpromtu BD was all I got (five days early so quite the wrong time). As a result I've just had a very relaxing month not wondering or waiting or anything. It has done me the world of good...not that it's possible for everyone but I highly recommend it...not only for the break but also because unbelivably after 6 months of trying i have just got a BFP....one bd - 5 days earlier than usual and hey presto!
So anyway - I send you all much love and hugs and baby dust everyone. I so know the feeling of disappointment, I found it really hard to take so I really do send extra love to anyone getting a bfn today.

irishmumwannabe · 31/12/2008 19:48

congrats evie- meant to be hey!!! and to you too bexaa! how exciting!!!!

im trying not to think to much about it as get nervous if something goes wrong. but am feeling sick throughout the day (could be nerves though!) and tired. dont have sore boobs (didnt really have that before either though)
how are the rest feeling?

ForcesSweetheart · 01/01/2009 18:18

Wow, congrats bexaa and evie!! So happy for all of you BFPs this month.
I've removed myself from the list as evil AF arrived on Tuesday morning. Was 3 days later than I was expecting based on when I think I ov'd, so I'm hoping that's a good sign that the b6 I started taking this month is working to lengthen my pathetic 9 day luteal phase. If I did ov when I think I did that gives me a 12 day LP. Think I may temp this month to try and get a more confirmed ov date and know for sure if the b6 is working.
Actually, just working out dates after something Irishmumwannabe said, and if I was to conceive in this newly begun cycle I'd still have a September baby, as based on my dates my due date would be around 7th October, but being diabetic I'd be delivered 2 weeks early again, making actual due date around Sept 23rd! Will add myself back to the bottom of the list.
U still feeling rough littlepea? Really hope it's a good sign for you.

Hi all, not on this thread but just dropping by to see how you're all doing and wanted to congratulate all the BFPs . Great news. Good luck everyone else still waiting.

TrixieBelden · 01/01/2009 20:51

Hi all - congrats to Bexaa and Evie2000! Very sorry to hear about the disappointing results this past week, though. As if Christmastime and New Year weren't stressful and emotional enough.

I'm checking in from our week in the country with a gang of friends to report...after testing repeatedly TOO EARLY and working myself up into a lather over BFNs, but continuing to have sore boobs and feel vaguely tired, AF was due today, I tested, and oh my stars there was a BFP. Can't quite believe it, am trying to come up with plausible reasons for not drinking while surrounded by my lovely borderline alcoholic friends and bursting with news I don't feel right sharing as some of said friends are having a pig of a time TTC. But anyway. BFP! Here's hoping it sticks; I didn't have a problem with that last time but I'm all too aware that you never know...

JumpingJellyfish · 01/01/2009 20:58

Wow ladies!! Congratulations Trixie, Evie and Bexaa!! Wonderful news for the start of a fresh new year! Really hoping all your beans stick, and that this thread keeps being so lucky!

Forces and Homeinthesun so sorry AF caught you Hoping the new 2009 cycle will be a lucky one for you both xx

Well I guess I'm officially into the 2WW, but determined not to obsess as got a few very busy weeks so shouldn't have much of a chance to think about things...or get on MN!

Good luck all- lots of New Year's babydust to everyone!

minxofmancunia · 01/01/2009 20:59

oh trixie that's fantastic great news! sending luck and sticky dust your way! xx

ForcesSweetheart · 01/01/2009 21:50

Trixie....wonderful new!! We are starting to get alot of good news

Im in 2 minds with myself, so im going to say i dont think i am and just wait. Yes i feel sick and i get tired, but my boobs only really hurt like hell on and off through the day (mostly at night), surley it would be 24/7?? Andways, well done everyone & i hope we keep adding names to the BFPs xx

irishmumwannabe · 02/01/2009 08:35

OMG Trixie I was thinking about you only yesterday cos I knew you were due to test. I am only delighted for you congratulations.

Can't believe all the BFPs are rolling in. Hopefully this will eb teh luckiest thread ever.

As for me I am only 5 DPO and I feel quiet ill. Was up at 3 o'clock in the bathroom, and now feel like I am abuot to throw up as well so hopefully that'll pass as it's far too early to be a symptom, ....isn't it? [hmmm]

(Irishmumwannabe heads off to make a cup of tea and hopefully settle her stomach. )See you all later.

olivo · 02/01/2009 09:15

congratulations trixie - what a fab start to the new year.
fingers crossed for the rest of you.
littlepea, not wanting to get your hopes up but my boobs are much worse at night, so here's hoping for you.

evie2000 · 02/01/2009 09:33

Congrats trixie - fab news.
SOrry to forces and all those who have had bad news - fingers crossed for next month.

Snowfalls108 · 02/01/2009 11:46

Hello all,

My name appears to have vanished from the list somewhere along the line.
I am now officially in the 2WW.
CD23 and BDing on days 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 16, 17, 19, and 21! Here's hoping!
Off skiing this weekend so that should distract me. AF due on the 8th. Which is actually only 6 days away.

I reckon I OV'd on around CD19 though, does this mean that tests won't work for longer than if I'd OV'd on CD14?

Hope all are well, and happy New Year!
