Congratulations Questions! Hope you get some good news soon Yellowflower.

I'm symptom spotting as well - have one slightly sore boob, occasional stomach aches, and feel very tired. I don't know though, I just don't "feel" pregnant. Here's hoping!

smallone · 12/10/2008 22:29

Well, the symptoms are still racking up, feel yucky today, sore boobs. Then I got really bad af pains for about 10 mins and I started to doubt myself. Now the pains are gone and the nausea is still here.

Nausea is much worse than last time, didn't get it to this stage til 6 weeks. Am starting to wonder if I could test early

Wishing · 12/10/2008 22:57

Morning all!

Step away from the test smallone, you know it makes sense to wait

I actually had a dream last night that I had a BFP, it was lovely at the time, but not so good when I woke up!

smallone · 13/10/2008 09:13

Morning all,
Going to my mums today, not looking forward to the 2-3hr journey with a toddler! Back on thurs night so at least it should take my mind off symptom spotting! Got a hosp appt tomorrow with an allergist (no hosps local to me with allergy depts) for a potential food allergy although I think it's an intolerance and I'm hoping its not a complete waste of time! Have just had a panic that they won't be able to do any tests on me incase I am pg? Don't really want to be told I have to go back up in 2 weeks!

Good luck everyone, while I'm away, hope to see lots of BFP's when I get back
x

yellowflowers · 13/10/2008 19:54

I keep meaning to update list - have some free time tomorrow so will do so then.

Hi all I started off on this thread thread then managed to forget all about it d'oh! Congratulations questions, wish you a calm and peaceful 40 weeks .

I'm not holding out much any hope for this month as I'm pretty sure we didn't do it at the right time. Next month is probably out too unless af decides to be a couple of days late (visiting family). Think I'm destined to only have september/october babies lol which is no bad thing.

Maybe that theory of individuals being most fertile at certain times of year is true, if so I'm deffo "on heat" in december/January

Come on bfp's.

questions2008 · 13/10/2008 21:13

Hi all, hope are well. I'm officially checking in with the doc tomorrow. My boobs are no longer achey but god am I tired!! And thirsty! I hope nausea kicks in soon cos I'm eating tonnes and DH thinks I'm already showing

LittleCheese · 13/10/2008 21:50

How exciting questions, hope all goes well tomorrow.

I feel like rubbish today got really ba pains in my very lower abdoman and feel all bloated

Also producing what seems to be EWMC whch is a little odd as i thought i had ovulated last week how confusing

TeenyTinyTorya · 13/10/2008 22:59

I'm convinced that I'm just imagining symptoms, but I've got really sore boobs, keep getting muscle ache style pains in my lower stomach, and I'm really knackered.

I do hope it's going to be a BFP, but I don't want to get my hopes up too soon.

sammysam · 14/10/2008 08:40

Morning all!
Well as usual i'm symptom spotting whilst trying not to but due to my hightened grumpy, moody state i'm convinced this month is not for us although a small glimmer of hope as acupuncturist said yesterday that my pulse is fast and slippy and either i have a cold brewing or something much better however i am feeling a bit phlegmmy [ick-sorry!] but not excessively. See-going round and round in circles!! I hate this TTC lark-especially the 2WW!!!!
Looking at the list there are lots of people nearing the end of the wait-good luck everyone!

sammysam · 14/10/2008 08:43

Ok think there may be a mistake in there somewhere as MamaMimi is in the wrong place-either i've cocked up the dates or she needs moving?! Prob my fault, sorry! Can someone check please-need to get dd her toast before she pulls my leg off !!!

smeraldina · 14/10/2008 10:46

Thanks for sorting that out Sammysam

Just a quick one asking you to virtually take my debit card away from me. I have, in the house, one pregnancy test left. I have, since April spent far too much money on pregnancy tests, testing far too early, and getting negatives.

I am very near to buying a whole load of cheap internet ones so that I can indulge myself in a fest of far too early testing.

Reasons against this are a) getting a BFN is really depressing and I doubtless will if I test too early b) my husband really (and rightly) doesn't want me to spend a whole load of money on pregnancy tests, even if they are cheap ones, so if I do buy them, I will be doing so sneakily, and testing on the sly. If negative, then I will be sad and he won't know why, if positive, then I'd have to fess up. Obviously, my sneaky test purchasing would pale into significance if I actually were pregnant, but if I were, it would be much nicer when I do finally test, to do so together ....c)I am fed up with giving money to the drugs industry on costly tests

So - I should just wait it out, and use my one test if I get to being overdue. Right

Just wanted to declare this, and get support from any other mad early spendthrift testers

Smeraldina x

smeraldina · 14/10/2008 10:47

I mean, pale into insignificance

TeenyTinyTorya · 14/10/2008 13:09

Well I tested this morning with a test that can be used up to 4 days before. It showed a blank at first, but after 5 minutes there was a very very faint line - it wasn't my first pee of the day (TMI) so I don't know if that makes a difference.

Still knackered, still have sore boobs, but I don't know if it's all in my head. I'm going to wait another few days and try again! So impatient to know one way or the other, dh thinks I should just wait.

yellowflowers · 14/10/2008 16:13

Hi - well I think my last month symptoms were all in my head though still waiting for blood test results to confirm that., Am BDing away this month though... Have updated my entry on list. Thanks sammysam for doing it earlier.

Looks like I'm out ladies, temp took a dive this morning so AF must be on the way

Best of luck to everyone still in and I guess I'll see the rest of you next time round x

sammysam · 15/10/2008 09:16

Think i'm out as well-completely convinced AF is on its way-very emotional and have impending feeling of doom so think af may turn up the earliest its been for years-so not even a chance to test
Feeling really down about it, as now very likely that there will be (at least) 4 school years between dd and dc2 because her birthday is so late in the school year.
Really need some more ideas of things to try and improve our chances.....any suggestions? This really sucks

Sorry to here you are in the same position lillypie

TeenyTinyTorya · 15/10/2008 09:30

I think I might be out - don't have any more tests, my boobs have stopped being sore and I feel weird in my stomach like AF is about to come. Still knackered though.

I'll give it a few days and then try another test if AF still isn't here, but I think I'll be trying again next month.

lillypie · 15/10/2008 09:40

Well I've decided that if I every manage to conceive another baby I am already way too fat!!

Still carrying 3 stone extra from the last baby and she is 18 months (blush)

So my aim to to loose at least a stone by Christmas with healthy eating and exersise starting TODAY!!!

At least it will give me something else to concentrate on (grin)

lillypie · 15/10/2008 09:42

Ok I mean ever and lol
