Well, I'd like to start this thread by saying a BIG FAT CONGRATULATIONS to everyone who has managed to get their BFP so far, and an equally huge dollop of luck to all those of us waiting for our BFP's!

LB am with you on the romance front as well.... poor DH, don't think it has ever been as long as this....!

dd is fast asleep on the couch!!!! have put a pic on my profile of her- she looks so cute!!! but why did she have to fall asleep now????

ouch glaskham, no wonder its been tough. I'd forgotten that you started out ttc as a surrogate - does the thought of being a surrogate mum seem odd to you now that you are so passionate about having one for you instead?

I'm really grateful to have everyone on here to talk to coz there isn't anyone in RL that I can tell, certainly no-one that understands what the ups and downs are like, and its knowing that I can come on here and ask questions, rant, ponder fantasy symptoms etc that means i have something to look forward to in the weeks after AF arrives

And no, before anyone says anything, I haven't been drinking!

I have been so tired these last few days. Was so tired at work today, was like a zombie in the playground when picking up dc I nanny for up. One of the mums said 'youre not pg are you?' I said 'i hope not!' What a liar!!

Anyway, better struggle carry on! I will keep one eye on mn though!

Yeah it does seem weird that had things been different i could have still been trying for my friend- until things ended between us i'd not thought about a third so soon, we ideally wanted dc's to be a few years older, but now seems the right time- i suppose since dd was 5mths i had it in my head that i'd be a surrogate before considering having another.

I still want to be a surrogate in the future for someone if i can do... maybe i was so passionate about the way my friends kept things from me because i was all too aware that i could just as easily be getting pregnant with my own baby- bit too personal before completing my own family maybe??

I want to be asleep like that!! I'm exhausted after trying to get her to sleep for 2hrs today, then rushing round silly doing the housework i would have done if she'd slept!!!

i'm wondering too LB- i didn't get half as much done as i intended too- suppose i had higher expectations after what i'd done since friday...... only because broadband was playing up!!!

Oh it works, also leaving the hoover out in the hall with the cord plugged in, as he comes in the door switch the hoover on and make out like you've not had 5 mins sit down (if you're lucky he may even do the hoovering for you )

I hovered before he left for work this morning, and mowed the grass, and put the washing out, and a new load in, and folded and put away another load.... and washed last nights pots too... all before he left at 10.30am!! But i was hoping to clean the windows and polish the living room but didn't get them done today!!

If the kids have got every single toy out (happens all to often in this house!) leave it all until you see him pull up, then sit on the floor and make out like you're 'sorting' them all out, then chuck 'em all in the toy boxes

These are not all my own work BTW! LOL

Oh and always ALWAYS turn MN off as he pulls up!! LOL

oh i already do that one NJ- he always gets in a strop if he see's i'm on here.... though it doesn't cross his mind that i do it because he spends the evening on here or his xbox!!!! GRRRRR!!!

right off to get the kids dressed and in bed!!
