Fruity Yaay! for your high temps. Roll on AF for you and a brand new, lovely cycle with a BFP at the end!

Sparkly I'm with the others - I like the lark variation!

Mollie I'm sure you will have no new need to access the counselling, but it might be interesting to go anyway. The counsellor may give you a new take on what you've been through. Have fun with your nephew! Little ones can be a tonic, can't they

I am bored, bored, bored by this 2ww. [http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/20d705 My chart]] is the most unpg looking chart ever. It's the same as my last unpg chart, except the temps are lower . Roll on AF for me.

Nothing exciting planned for me today. I need to find a cheap double bed for our lodger and I have a bit of sewing to do. My life is gripping at the moment

Hello to CriCri, Ei, Emmsy, Mibbes & Scully, too

piper if you're lurking {{big hugs}}, look forward to 'seeing' you back when you are ready xx
Fruity looks like that elusive egg has finally put in an appearance - is there really no chance ?... Did you maygbe manage a sneaky BD last night ?

Sparkly08 · 08/07/2008 12:15

Mollie I missed your post earlier because I was faffing around with the list. Hope everything goes ok today. xx

MollieMooma · 08/07/2008 13:55

Well I'm back from counselling session not sure what to make of it, I explained that my issues have probably changed now and I'm not putting myself under pressure to be pg before the EDD of the baby I lost, but obviously now I'm extremely anxious about history repeating itself and I wasn't sure that I particularly needed counselling. Apparently I didn't score as well as I should have on the questionnaire she asked me so she thinks I should have 5 more sessions. The next one is booked for 5 wks time, I can't say that I bonded with her and didn't feel really comfortable talking to her so not sure that I'll go yet. I think I get more out of MN and you guys than her Oh well, better luck next time
Hope you guys are all OK

FruitynNutty · 08/07/2008 13:57

Hi guys,

piper I'm so terribly sorry , Don't be gone too long, we miss you!

mollie good luck for today, It's your GP appointment tomorrow isn't it?
sparkly what a lovely new sparkly name you have there
LobsterLass I remember you from the waiting room, huge congratulations
ei we might actually be ov buddies this cycle
yarnie Yes next cycle will be a proper normal cycle, I've told my ovaries they're not pulling their weight , they better had next cycle or else!
Scully How are you doing?
Emmsy cricri
Mibbes Nah, no chance whatsoever I'm afraid We haven't BD'd since last sunday morning. There's been no chance for any hanky panky while in-laws here so I've just gotta sit this one out and wait for AF to arrive.

The in-laws have left now and mindees in bed asleep so I've got the interweb all to myself
I've just eaten a very delicious lunch of last night's cold chinese takeaway. Peking ribs, duck pancakes and spring roll. Plus about 10 Hersheys Kisses

OP posts:
MollieMooma · 08/07/2008 14:29

Fruity Any of those hershey kisses left

LobstersLass · 08/07/2008 18:07

Hi Mibbes. I'm only 5 weeks. Really hoping that the baby sticks this time.
Quite nervous, but will chill out if I get past a week today as that's when it all went horribly wrong last time.

I'm hoping to start feeling terrible sick quite soon as that will give me some confidence! Yes I know that sounds barking mad!!

FruitynNutty · 08/07/2008 19:09

OMG! I just got AF!!! (TMI) It's very light and brown in colour though so I suppose that's old blood. Perhaps it will really kick in tomorrow

There's me thinking DP and I will BD tonight just in case we catch the egg on it's way down. I thought this was the beginning of ovulation but turns out it was the end. That'll teach me for getting the hump and refusing to temp for a week It's typical really isn't it. I stop temping and my body chucks out an egg. It so doesn't want me to get pregnant does it
In fact I got upset with DP earlier cos he phoned to tell me he's out again tonight so I told him that I was hoping for some fun tonight just in case we catch the egg. So I hung up all upset thinking we would miss our chance and it would be all his fault .

Actually I've just had a peek at my chart. I'm not sure if I even did ov anyway. my temps don't make sense really.
It's hard to tell but I only stopped temping for a week so really I should've had high temps before iyswim?

what do you think?

OP posts:
Sparkly08 · 08/07/2008 20:03

Mollie I'm never quite sure how they use those questionnaires to decide how you are feeling...and, 5 weeks seems like a long time until your next session. It's worth perservering though. xx
Fruity at AF showing her ugly face. It's very strange that she has turned up when your temp is so high. I think we'll just have to wait and see what happens tomorrow. DD decided she wanted a pic of your DS in a frame in her bedroom so we did that this pm.
Lobsterlass [waves]. Lots of sticky babydust to you.

We're going to watch a dvd so I'd better be going. DD has been crying for an hour since we put her to bed. She doesn't want to go to sleep and it breaks my heart but I know I have to leave her there (and offer a few bribes rewards) or she will try it every night.

FruitynNutty · 08/07/2008 20:36

That is just sooooo cute Sparkly you can also tell you delicious daughter my DS is a really big boy now as he's not had a dummy for a whole week now [I'm so proud]

He drove me to distraction earlier though. To begin with he wouldn't tidy up his toys. In fact when I asked him to tidy up he made even more mess by throwing his duvet and pillow off his bed so me and (2 yr old) mindee had to tidy (DS is three!). Then DS tantrummed because mindee got a "being helpful" sticker and he didn't. Then I told him not to do something and that if he did do it, he would lose his bedtime stories (which he adores!) Well he did do it so, quel surprise, I stuck to my guns and refused stories and sent him straight to bed at 7pm.

Remind me why I want another one of these exploding little people?

Fruity hurray for AF arriving at last so that you can start a new cycle. Have you tried taking Vit E ? Zita West reckons it promotes healthy ovulation although I have no idea if it has any effect on PCOS - maybe worth a try ?..

QueenyEisGotTheBall · 09/07/2008 02:13

hi ladies
just a quick late (slightly drunken) post
fruity i had a peek at your chart and it looks maybe like you perhaps Ovd on CD48. that would make you 8DPO would it not? how has af been? if its very light and brown then maybe...(i dont want to finish that sentence) if not fingers crossed for a more 'normal' cycle this time around hun xx
LL congrats on your BFP you had your CP around the same time i had my first one so i have my fingers firmly crossed for you hun!!
hi to everyone else

Fruity Woohoo for lack of dummy. Well done!! We've been dry overnight now for 3 weeks. I'm very proud. Any news from you this am?
Yarnie The 2WW is so boring. Are you symptom spotting yet?
Ei Hope your not suffering this am. This weather makes me feel hungover and I haven't even had a drink. It's so dull outside. I need some sun!!!!

FruitynNutty · 09/07/2008 08:45

Morning

Well that strange (what I thought was AF) brown very light bleeding seems to have stopped completely. It kinda stopped last night but I just expected AF this morning although no cramps or anything. I think this is just a bit of mid cycle pcos spotting. I think this has to be another anov cycle.
I couldn't do my temp this morning as DS decided he needed a wee at 5.45am so I had to get up and help him. Then, 15 mins later he was calling me (I tried to ignore) to take his empty cup of water from him [grrrrr]. Then Phoebe kept me up by jumping all over me. I was due to do my temp at 6.15 so I didn't bother as it would have been completely unreliable.

Ah well, I'll try to carry on temping for a bit to see if my cycle sheds any light in the next few days.

Ei Lovin your optimism but really it's highly unlikely I think mid cycle spotting is common with pcos. I think I had this a couple of cycles ago actually.

What a beautiful day, apparently we're going to have a month's worth of rainfall in one day. Great day for hanging my washing then, my flat's gonna look like a Chinese laundry (I'm refusing to use the dryer as it's soooooo expensive!). I've stuck all big sheets and towels in the machine too

Maybe I'll make a den for the kids out of all the wet hanging sheets

Has anyone seen this hysterical thread? It'll cheer you all up on this miserable day Have a look at the YouTube clip by SheherazadetheGoat. I think it's the last one on the thread. So funny

OP posts:
MollieMooma · 09/07/2008 10:15

Fruity Well I was going to post Hurray for AF but now I'm not sure wonder what is going on with you and Sparkly this cycle?? Is your usual PCOS spotting normally like it was yesterday? congrats on DS giving up the dummy, he's a proper little man now
Sparkly I think the counseller decided that in 5 wks I would have had my early scan and may feel a little easier about this pg (little does she know I think I will stress for the whole 40 wks if it is viable!)
Yarnie Hope you don't get too wet with the fabric shopping, I got caught in the rain this morning and my hair has gone all spikey like a hedgehot - not an attractive look

Went to GP this morning, we decided a scan at 7 wks would be the best so waiting for them to call me with a date for the week after next, nearly had a panic attack in the doctors I was so scared starting all the process again god help me when I go for the scan I will be an emotional mess, but these things are sent to try us, I should just be grateful I'm getting another chance and stop moaning!

MollieMooma · 09/07/2008 10:16

{hmm} not sure what a hedgehot is!
