Hope it’s not too early to start this! For anyone trying in May, and “out” for April.

By some miracle I did fall pregnant this month after over a year TTC but it ended in a chemical just before 5 weeks. I’d tried some new things last cycle (inc baby aspirin and L’arginine, using preseed and doing a daily morning walk!) so going to try all of that again this month and keep my fingers crossed 🤞🏻 don’t know when I’ll ovulate yet but I imagine it’ll be right at the end of April…

@Mickey1995 I agree with the others. I think the test is a bit flooded x

YKM2829 · 26/04/2025 18:54

7dpo and get new tests tomorrow 🤞😮‍💨

FlyHighSky72 · 26/04/2025 18:58

Good luck for tomorrow @Mickey1995and @YKM2829

I’m 1dpo today after ovulation was slightly delayed. I give it, ooo, say 4 days before I start inventing symptoms.

fingers crossed for lots of positives for everyone here soon!

FlyHighSky72 · 26/04/2025 18:59

Another stupid question from me….when would be the earliest you would test - as in how many days post ovulation

It varies from person to person but I usually try a cheapie at 8dpo. I think the stats say that there’s something like a 20% chance of catching a positive then, which goes up to 50 at 9dpo and 65 at 10dpo. Obviously that way you might catch a chemical pregnancy but I personally don’t have the self control to wait for longer!

Hey everyone, I'm new here! I am just starting my TTC journey, me and my husband will be starting to try in May for my first baby (he is already a dad to my lovely step child) I'm 37 so this is a slight worry, however my mum had a baby in her late 30s, so I am hopeful ✨ glad to have found this community! I have been tracking on Flo for a while now, aiming to dtd every day around prediced ovulation, hope we can manage it 😆

FlyHighSky72 · 26/04/2025 19:16

I’ve not even given it 1 day 🤣 I’m already convinced my nipples are hurting more than normal and of course, it’s 1dpo so that’s basically impossible 🤣

For me with my first I found out at 9dpo. So I've been doing it around then hoping to catch it early again lol.
And with the others same at like 3 dpo I'm convinced boobs are sore 😅
After my ectopic I wanna see line progression getting strong because it was weak with that and not professing quickly. X

With my son i was what I thought was 7dpo when I got a line that was only barely visible when I dug it out of the bin after an hour to have another look! By the next day it was much more visible. Looking back i think I was off with my dates by a couple of days as I don't think it's possible for a positive at 7dpo. Last month with my chemical I didn't get a positive until 11dpo after testing completely negative every day from 8dpo onwards, although obviously that didn't have a happy ending. I think test from 8dpo onwards if you want to test early, but don't count yourself out until AF arrives.

@FigPig@jelliebean9i feel moody so i have to be pregnant too 😂😂😂

Twoweekstoolong · 27/04/2025 11:35

Hi everyone! Joining for may! Hoping it’s the month for everyone 🤞 I’m TTC number three though I’m still breastfeeding my second who’s 20months, and feeds CONSTANTLY! So I’m in the same boat as a few others I’ve seen here who are also breastfeeding. My cycles are all over the place so I’m going to start properly tracking this month. I successfully got pregnant while still breastfeeding my first at 13 months. Good luck everyone ❤️

Objectiontime · 27/04/2025 11:56

Hi ladies, hope you dont mind me joining, cycle 6, 7 dpo today. Wonderful previous history of an MMC found at 12 week scan, a chemical 5 months after the surgery to deal with MMC, followed up with another chemical 3 months later.
Now on prednisone from ovulation and this is my third month on that. I stood it if I get a negative test. I am just praying I am not having to be on and off the steroids for months in end and that if and when I di get another positive they work and I dont have another loss.

Good luck everyone x

Morning everyone! Ive had a sharp rise today (7am) at CD13 to 0.69 on my Wondfo strips, at 12am its risen to 1.06.
My digital Clearblue however is showing a blank circle, we BD early yesterday morning (1am) and we’re planning to today aswell.

i’m going to go by my strips because they’re super dark but I was wondering if anyone else had the same experience with the digitals? X

MayaB · 27/04/2025 15:25

FlyHighSky72 · 25/04/2025 19:39

Thanks @MayaB- that makes sense - do you mind me asking how much the ones you take cost? What Q10 do you take? I’ll have a look in Holland and B - I have one cup of decaf coffee a day and have just bought some roobios!

@FlyHighSky72 The Fertility Bundle is the multivitamins plus Omega and it's around £70 a month I think, which is why I have subscribed to the multivitamin only and that's around £34 (and around £38 for one-off purchase if I remember correctly). I use the Omega 3 from time to time because when I add the probiotoc and Q10 and a few other things it just becomes so pricey! 😫
But with Omega 3 and all types of fish oils, we need to be very careful where we get them from and if they have been properly tested for heavy metals. Otherwise, they can do more harm than good. This is why I would pay a little more. The good brands who do extensive testing are usually more expensive xx

Thanks @MayaBthat makes sense

I am 11dpo today and I just know I am not pregnant. Feeling all the pms symptoms that I normally do. I don't normally test early but wondering if I should just test now, see the negative and be done with it, rather than just wait to get my AF. 😪

Oh sweetheart, I understand it feels tough! I’m feeling the same way and I’m only 5 DPO 🙁 Do whatever feels best for you ❤️

TruthUnwinding · 27/04/2025 18:26

I'm going to join again this month. Had two losses (14 weeks and 10 weeks), and 2 chemicals pregnancies within 24 months, and am 37 with no children. So I am doing ALL THE THINGS this month.

Vitamins: CoQ10, Omega 3, Magnesium, Folate, Iron, Vit D, Probiotics

Tried ovulation tests for the first time this month and seem to be 1/2DPO.
I'm with a clinic and a fertility specialist and going to try progesterone and baby aspirin starting in a few days. I'm going to limit caffeine and sugar, and not drink alcohol. Exercising regularly too XD

I conceived this time of year for the past two years, so I'm giving it a good go. (I think it's because I'm a lecturer and work stops being so stressful at this time of year).

Also feeling the fear because I'm 37, but also know lots of people who have had lovely babies at this age. Despite this, trying to be as chilled as I can be!

Hey lady’s :) has anyone here had implantation bleeding before? I’m 11dpo (rough guess as I didn’t track but going off cm) I tested this morning and got a faint line on a one step test so done two more with a forced wee as I was excited and the lines obviously were hardly there but shown inverted. Anyway I walked around all day today on cloud 9 thinking i’m pregnant just to come home and have bleeding and cramps:( I don’t know if it’s my period I assumed it was however it’s very pale pink? When I first wiped tmi but it was like abit of dark blood with cm.
The cramps r kinda like period cramps probs more central but tbh im insane at this point so am most likely over thinking!

Just feeling so deflated and done every month I get my hopes up and it’s always so heartbreaking. I also always have really long cycles so I was not expecting or mentally prepared to get my period this early :( xx
