Moving over from lurking on TTC Aug 2024, as AF just arrived yesterday. Anyone else joining?

Hi everyone. I've lurked rather than posted so far on this thread. Feeling frustrated and confused today! I've had regular 27 day cycles for a while and based off this I should be due AF today. It hasn't came, but I've had really strong PMS symptoms for about a week and 3 negative pregnancy tests this morning. I'm starting to think I didn't ovulate this month, or maybe I ovulated late 😭 going to start tracking from next month

Well I think it might be a bfp for us too! 8dpo I thought I saw a line but they took ages to dry with these positives. My most recent at 9dpo the line showed after 5 minutes!

When do you think to retest or would a digital be better?

@TTCnothree ive tested daily but you’re best comparing the tests 48 hours apart. I see your line too though! Have you done a test today?

I've not done one today as ran out of cheapies. Was going to give it til tomorrow. Really hoping it's not an evap line. 🙏🏼

so this is my first month tracking / we are tracking with clear blue ovulation sticks and DH (the best 🥰) is loving the smiley faces! I can just sent him a 🫥😀

that said my Flo app said I should ovulate today and I haven’t so that’s interesting. Hoping it will happen this week and we will be ready to DTD! I actually remember last month I noticed my discharge change so I’ll keep an eye out

Only 8 dpo but 5 days until period due so I took a frer. Been feeling nauseous since Sunday but that seems way too early so don’t know if it’s a coincidence or what but I think I can see a vvvvfl 😅 I tend to see lines whenever I test though. Going to leave it until at least Friday before testing again.. crossing my fingers

@Confusedmermaid1 that's an unmistakable line surely! I don't usually see anything when people post very faint ones, but I definitely see that one! 🤞

@Possumly That’s reassuring because I do wonder if I’m losing the plot sometimes 😂 easy@ home strip test was negative but not sure how sensitive they are.. cautiously optimistic

If you wait to ovulate to dtd you might miss it. Start before you ovulate. Sperm lasts 3-5 days and eggs just 12-24h. Your best bet is to have sex in the run up to ovulation as well as the day of ovulation.

Yeah like others said if you wait til you ovulate it's too late. You want to focus on the 5 days before ovulation (and possibly ovulation day). We managed to hit O-3 and O-2 this month, and got a BFP

I did a test today (I know, I'm mad!)

Now I think I see the faintest line, what do you think? I've not had a period since the MC and wasn't tracking so I don't know what dpo I am.

We DTD: 5 / 6 / 7 September. Not sure if it's even possible / if it would be so faint now.

Looks like a chemical this month. AF has arrived.

i think I do see something, but you’ll need to test in another 1/2 days to see if it darkens a bit?

@MrsKurz thank you! I put it on Premom and 50 people see the line! I havnt tested today I might try and just leave it now and wait for AF or no AF to confirm. It's really difficult to test after MC.

@CosmoMango I can see the second line! Any idea on your dpo?
