TTC after chemical pregnancy

I had a MC this Jan , 6 weeks and 1 day. Then I had a CP last Tuesday, 4 weeks and 6 days. I finally stopped bleeding today. Two pregnancies and two MCs so far.

I would like to know what your ttc experiences were like after CP. I admit I felt so lost when I saw the line getting fainter and I have been feeling very low and anxious for the last 7 days. However it is not healthy and it is time to be positive! So, I will be trying again this month. That is why I decided to start this thread.

No, Mira doesn't do pregnancy tests however it allows me to compare mine with other people's charts. That is how I knew I didn't get a BFP before AF was due last cycle because my pdg kept dropping.

I will be testing LH and HCG every day and sharing BBT(OvuSense), Mira charts and occasionally RHR chart until I get AF/BFP.

Yes, Mira has this advantage because you can see the trend of each type of hormone for the whole cycle. Usually after the O day, pdg and e3g keep increasing until 7 dpo and stay elevated then drop when AF arrives. If BFP, they keep increasing. My last cycle - my pdg and e3g started to drop after 7 dpo, especially there is a downward trend as you can see in the chart.
Although my urine was diluted, I could still tell from the trend. I wasn't pregnant. If I was, pdg would have been higher together with e3g.

6DPO today, or 7 based on LH. Trying not to get my hopes up but this did give them a boost!

My levels don’t seem to be getting any higher 😩😩 Does this mean I’m not going to ovulate this cycle?

CP affected me and GreenPickle badly last cycle. Our LH kept fluctuating and I was like you last cycle. Your body still needs to recover from the hormone imbalance caused by CP. So, you might ovulate later this cycle. However you might feel anxious and lost while you are waiting which is perfectly normal. I found this useful to talk to people about my LH chart and share post CP cycle experience with them. There was one thing which I hated, uncertainty. During last cycle, I bought lots of devices to help me to understand why my LH kept fluctuating etc... They did give me some insights. However I am not saying you should buy them. Also it is not helpful to keep testing LH more than twice a day because it will cause anxiety and negative feelings.
At this stage, it is better to focus on the things you enjoy and just forget about ttc for a while. I will be here whenever you have questions etc. Big hugs to you!❤

CD23 The O day/1 dpo
BBT rose from the mini dip. I am still not sure about the BBT dip before the O day.
Will start testing HCG from tomorrow.

Pdg is 4.8 ug/ml. When it is 5 or above 5, that usually means Ovulation has occurred.

My update… not sure what’s going on! Will take my evening test around 6/7pm

I still have the feeling that you will get the surge very soon!

@LucyCL take temps with a pinch of salt as I woke up at 2am and then also at 4.30 which is when I took this temp 😃

And @LucyCL OPKs. I made it my peak until a higher one comes along. Have also attached BFP cycle peak (before, it seems, I discovered what a light was)

I see your point now. I had a cold for a week from last Christmas eve in 2023. My BBT rose sharply then dropped. We also have to take temps with a pinch of salt here because my oral BBT fluctuated a lot

So your normal peak should be above 1 ... Let's see what happens. Unfortunately your BBT is affected and if I could, I would let you use my Mira to see what is happening to your hormones. 😆

Useful insight from Mira and its pdg level:

A slight increase of PdG may be noticed in some cases 2-3 days before ovulation, but it doesn’t mean that ovulation will definitely happen.

If conception does not occur, PdG tends to peak around 6-8 days after ovulation. It then decreases and your period begins.
If conception does occur, PdG levels continue to rise in order to maintain a healthy pregnancy. PdG levels will not decline after peaking, and levels will rise beyond what is detectable by Mira wands.

CD 23 The O day/1 dpo afternoon
Tomorrow morning I expect to see a rise in BBT and pdg to rise above 5 ug/ml to confirm ovulation.

My update - it’s going up a tiny tiny bit but not sure when I will hit peak. Maybe Thursday (CD20) which would be the same as my BFP cycle

Still plodding along… trying to be a bit calmer and not over analyse everything. DTD once a day and hoping I will ovulate late, next week?! 🤞🏻🤞🏻 I still feel so much grief for what’s happened. Busy work is actually the only thing that’s keeping me moving right now!!

Although 2 MCs have postponed my ovulation, still I ovulated on CD22 last cycle. I see no reason why you won't ovulate next week! Keep being cautiously hopeful and enjoy your life, take it day by day and only focus on today's test.
Today is 1/2 dpo and at the moment I am not anxious yet. I might be later . 😂
