The blood test result is back.
My progesterone level is 24.4 nmol/l which is 7.7 ng/ml
Here is what I have found online:
"If your progesterone level is high (above 5 ng/ml) this confirms that you have indeed ovulated and entered the luteal phase, the second half of the menstrual cycle."
"Ideally, your "day 21" peak luteal progesterone levels should be 10ng/ml or higher."
"Progesterone level required for pregnancy:
≥ 5.6 ng/ml (18 nmol/l): According to a recent scientific study"

My analysis
The cycle when I had CP: I didn't take any extra vitamins apart from the prenatal vitamins
The cycle after CP: I took the prenatal vitamins with vitamin B6, vitamin E, Zinc, Magnesium and Vitamin C every day . My progesterone level was 59.4 nmol/L which was 18.68 ng/ml on 7 dpo.
The second cycle after CP: I take the prenatal vitamins and vitamin C every day.
My progesterone level is 24.4 nmol/l which is 7.7 ng/ml on 7 dpo
My estrogen levels for two cycles are within the normal range. I also ovulated both cycles.
In conclusion ...
Low progesterone is very likely to be the cause of my CP.
In that case, I will resume taking vitamin B6, vitamin E, Zinc, Magnesium from today.
Although pdg figures are very low on Mira however it is good to see if a person has low progesterone based on pdg. It could act as a warning. 😅
But I do not think the figures of e3g from Mira reflect the true level of Oestradiol.
