Thought id start a new thread as anyone at the beginning of their cycle TTC now I guess will be looking at January due dates! Think AF will be here today or tomorrow for me so my due date would be 7th January…

Congrats ladies! 🥳 @PondwoodSi would recommend trying a different brand test, like the boots early response as those clear blue are notorious for evaps etc, but looks v promising 🤩

@PondwoodS i think I can see a faint line on the second picture, have you tried with a pink dye test? Tentative congrats! 🥰

I’m 10 DPO today. Line showed very faint at 8DPO but still very very faint. But still very very early. Today is first time it’s shown on FRER but I think the last two were from a dodgy batch as they both had indents on them that made it hard to see.

how is your doing today. Fingers crossed for sticky ones for us

Thanks - got some boots ones. Did one this morning and was negative the first 30secs - 1 min then with my toddler needing me, I chucked it in the bin. I since got it out to double check and it had this line - however I don’t know it that came up after 5 min - is it likely a line comes up after 5 min and be in accurate? Don’t want to get my hopes up !

I got my bfp at 9dpo and that was super faint too! Congratulations again. ♥️
I’m doing ok thank you. I’m 4+2 today and got a 2-3 weeks on a CB Digital and a dye stealer on the easy@home tests so thinking I may stop testing and let it sink in that I’m actually pregnant 🙈

Funny as it’s obviously what we are all trying to achieve but when you think it’s positive - you suddenly freak out / feel shocked 😳 after so many BFN! X

i just tested again haha and it’s positive - so I believe it now ! Now joining you and @mamataylor for those anxious weeks until first scan. Looking back I was super chill with my first , but I guess this time as I’m older too ( just turned 36 ) feels a little more scary. x

Could I ask if any of you experienced cramping? For the last 2 days I’ve had quite bad uterine(?) cramping (9 and 10 DPO). I don't really cramp when I menstruate and DS1 was an oopsie and so wasn’t actively aware of symptoms, but I think I’d remember feeling this given I don’t get menstrual cramps.

@PondwoodS im 38, not old old, but old enough that the risks have changed from when I was 35

im pretty sure so will be getting a reassurance scan at 6-7 weeks if I make it that far!

I had quite bad pains/cramps and was convinced I was going to come on! They weren't as bad as my usual period pains (mine are normally horrendous) and they were more like pulling/stabbing pains. No ovulation bleed for me, just pains

I’ve had intermittent period pains this time but I remember with my first baby I had period pains pretty much all the time up until 5/6 weeks! Take it as a good sign x

Thanks that’s reassuring! It feels…..weird 😂 not even bad enough for a pain killer but I notice it.

I’m 8 weeks today and still in shock that it’s happening 😂

I’m finding that time is flying by as I’m so preoccupied with my toddler that the weeks feel like days!

I’m sure it will fly by with a toddler to keep me busy too. No time to check on an app each week what fruit the baby is lol
@OnePinkDuck Ive had dull cramps but they do not feel like my usual ones - from memory I had these last time too . I’d say I definitely feel tired 😴

ah yes the joys of a 2.5 year old! I’m about to embark on potty training…. So I’m sure that will occupy my mind for a bit 😂😂 despite its drawbacks it is my favourite age so far!

Our little ones are a similar age, mine is 3 in June. She’s a fireball and so sassy but she’s hilarious and my mini bestie!
Hope potty training goes ok. We did it at a similar age to you and it wasn’t tooo stressful!

Congrats to all with their BFPs and good luck to everyone else! Am I going mad? Still 9 days away from period being due but did a test agter feeling so horrible !
