Hello,

I am very much a newbie to this (first post), I am 34F in a same-sex relationship and we did our first unmedicated IUI last week (now 4dpo).

Is anyone else currently in the TTW and would like to chat?

I honestly didn't realise how slowly time would go, feels like these 4 days have taken forever.

@AnnieStar12 Yep, we are doing unmedicated so can do back to back! Back in for a scan in 10 days and getting back on the train!

I'm 11DPO today, AF due Friday. Probably going to test one last time tomorrow, as I tested positive at 12DPO with my DD, but then I'll just wait for my period.

Thank you @fr4zzledmum I haven’t yet - weirdly I’m a bit scared to?! I was really expecting another BFN when I tested yesterday so I feel a bit shocked still… I told DH that I’d tested early and he was a bit 🙄 so I think I’ll wait till the weekend when AF is due to test again.

@OMGTTC haha I haven't told DH I've tested early as he would definitely think I was neurotic!

Hi all, glad to see this thread, and also amazed I'm in the same boat... at last! 38 and ttc #1. Feel very old 😬

8 days DPO, also doing IUI (second attempt). Been absolutely shattered the past few days which obviously I'm secretly hoping is a symptom although way too early!

AF due Fri/Sat (25 day cycles at present). But could be as late as Monday. I've a busy weekend so telling myself I'll resist testing until Monday, but obviously if AF doesn't arrive on Fri I won't be able to stop myself!

Can you imagine what all this was like before home testing? Just having to wait...

Well, I reckon I'm out this month too. 12DPO today and still testing negative - AF due Friday but can sometimes be a couple of days late.

So it's just a waiting game for AF now.

10dpo for me today and Bfn this morning. I realllyyy hoped this month would be the month as my miscarried baby would have been due soon 😞.
This is all so so hard.

Morning everyone... a bit of hopefully good news for the thread! 14dpo... well, this just goes to show you are truly never out until AF (doesn't) appear... really didn't think this was my month and have literally been expecting AF every time I've been to the toilet the last couple of days with the cramps etc.

We also only DTD twice this fertile week. One the night before peak opk and one the night after.

I'm feeling extremely cautious after the year I've had but 🤞🏻 This line is also stronger than my CP last cycle ever got....

Ong absolutely amazing news so glad someone got there bfp on here...and that's weird u said u only did it twice as another girl another thread said she was getting bfn doing it every other day ..did it twice during her fertile window and got her bfp..massive congrats hope this is me soon..going to just a do it a few time this month 🤣🤣

I’m 11DPO today, and now have a throat infection, don’t plan to test again until Friday/Saturday when AF is due, assuming it doesn’t arrive. I’m not too hopeful but also don’t have that ‘AF is coming’ feeling either so will just have to wait and see. It’s felt all consuming this month so hoping I can relax a bit more next cycle if that’s the way it goes!

My husband has just told me he’s away with work for 5 of my fertile days this month…he’s going to have the night of his life on that one remaining day 😅

I think I’m out for this cycle, starting to get some very light AF cramps and a stark white test at 12DPO this morning (I know it’s still before AF which is due tomorrow/Sat, but I had a clear bfp easy@home with DS at this stage, sometimes you just know).

AF has still yet to make an appearance for me. I'm only one day late but it's very unusual. I'm really frustrated because I know it's coming. I had some vfl over the weekend but didn't grow darker and I've tested negative today on a regular test.

I just wish AF would arrive so I could turn the page.

@kat167 I'm feeling the same way - AF due tomorrow and I know I'll be late (not unusual to be a couple of days late), but it's going to drive Mr insane.

I'm going to test tomorrow at 14DPO just to put it to bed really.
