Hello,

I am very much a newbie to this (first post), I am 34F in a same-sex relationship and we did our first unmedicated IUI last week (now 4dpo).

Is anyone else currently in the TTW and would like to chat?

I honestly didn't realise how slowly time would go, feels like these 4 days have taken forever.

I think the smudge just means the dye is still settling sorry! I do see the smudge though.

I'm 10dpo and I've been testing everyday since 6dpo (all BFN of course). Basically driving myself mad. Its illogical but I can't stop myself.

@bubballoo yeah, that makes sense.

I totally get testing even when you know it doesn't make sense! My DH doesn't understand at all and I'm like I need to do something! I need to know!

@Twomumfamily I’ve been having the weird boob pain as well, but seemingly only at night (not sure that’s anything other than a coincidence though) I’m also just really aware of my general uterus-area if that even makes sense?!

@PrincessPrawn Oh same, I am so aware of my general uterus area, I feel like I am having period pain cramps but cannot tell if it is psychosomatic! I was going to hold out to test on 12dpo but may have to give in and test on 10dpo!

So strange about the night time boob pain, fingers crossed it's a good sign.

@bububballoo I'm 6DPO tomorrow and I know I shouldn't but will likely have a little test just to see. Will be a BFN but will just settle me down for a couple of days... I hope.

I might get "I'm aware of my uterus area" on a t-shirt Grin

Hi hope.im OK to join 10dpo here.. trying to concieve 37 years old second month ttc

Yesturday I thjnk I might of implantation yesturday as I went to the loo and when I wiped I had some pink discharge only.one wipe and then nothing

I then had a sharp like stabbing pain in the lower area..
I'm not sure if that is at 10dpo but it would be around the right time..tested today bfn 😪period due in 2/3 days
Just want to wish thw week away so I no one way or the other

So of course, I've caved today and done a cheaper early response test, but I'm only 6DPO so of course it eas negative! Grin Going to try and hold out for 10DPO now.

How are we all today?

Dpo 11 here period due tomorrow 😪or Sat...still bfn so disheartening...I was sure I had some I plantation 2 days ago as had a pinky bit if discharge but note sure 😪just feel I'm going to come on...its so stressful ttc..its sposed to be a joyful event lol

@fr4zzledmum ah, it's so tough to hold.out! But 6dpo is still early

I think I'm 9dpo today, and I did a test, too. BFN of course. Last night I had that kinda of dull ache in my vagina (sorry if it's tmi, but also, does anyone else get that?!) that I usually get the day before AF arrives. I'm not due to start until next Wednesday, though. It's odd, but I'm not taking it as a sign, at least not as a good one.

And... here's my period, 3 days early!
Definitely period and not implantation bleeding. Feel like my body is messing with me.

@AnnieStar12 I just saw.a statistic that said only about 10% of pregnancies are detectable so early, so hang in there ❤️

@kat167 thanks for that message, was feeling disheartened by my negative so that stat is a really helpful reality check!
I can't stand the monthly emotional rollercoaster - each time I'm convinced it'll be our month, and then AF arrives. Been trying since Feb and nothing apart from one CP in April.

8dpo here... I woke an hour before my alarm today due to cramps... not overly unpleasant but enough to be noticeable and I'm pretty sure it's what woke me. They've tailed off now but I still feel like some 'awareness' and vague stirrings is the best I can describe. Certainly enough to get my hopes up now which is kind of annoying 😂😩 Going to be a long second week of the tww!!

I've kept having cramps today - had a really bad shooting one. Not sure if I'm just being a bit too hyperaware.

How many DC do people have? I have one DD, 4.5.

I'm only 4dpo today. It's our first month trying after a ruptured ectopic at 12 weeks in June. I lost a fallopian tube and am 41 so the odds are stacked against me, but we agreed we'd give it a go for a little while and see what happens. We almost didn't try again but I just felt like we had to at least try.

TMI perhaps but I’ve been constipated the last 3 nights, wonder if it’s related? I know constipation can be a PMS/progesterone thing anyway but I don’t think I usually get it. Has anyone else?

Yes I've been thinking the same - these pains likely do happen, I'm just not hyper aware!

I've also been feeling a bit constipated - but I am a bit rubbish at drinking enough water!

@Muddysocks1 constipation (mild) was a symptom I had noted down last time I conceived. As you say, bowel changes can be normal pms but I did read that it's more likely to make you looser if it's AF and constipated if pregnancy.... who knows?! Good luck!

@kat167 not too bad here thanks. 9dpo now so getting close... feel like I've had some signs that could be positive but could equally be me pinning my hopes on random things I've been hyper-alert to. So time will tell 😂 Yesterday it was the fact that my dog was suuuuper affectionate and clingy. He's a big goofy Golden Retriever and yesterday he found me and climbed up to sit on me knee as if he were a tiny lap dog (which he never normally does!) and then followed me to the bathroom when I went for a wee and curled at my feet for the 2 minutes I was in there... he did get more snuggly when I was pregnant with my son and he also got extremely clingy when I had my MMC. Literally would not leave my side... so he does seem a bit attuned to my hormones and emotions around these things. 🤷🏼‍♀️🙃
