I think our previous thread is full? I can't find a new one anyone has started but sorry if I've missed it. I'll tag some of us below but please add anyone I've missed

AF arrived and I’m feeling pretty low. It feels like it’s never going to happen.

@Welshgal85 I'm so sorry. It is really hard. I have been feeling the same.

@Houseelf90 yeah I think that's really poor, there's a good reason most people use gas and air in labour and it should be available!

@LucyLoopyLu We did get very lucky catching the surge just in time! I'm wondering if it was not meant to be though, because over the weekend I've picked up the flu/Covid and I'm the illest I've felt in a long time.

I don't think I have a fever, although I have had plenty of chills and flushes. It just doesn't give me much hope for this cycle now.

@HeathenPlayingHouse oh no, sorry you don't feel well. I heard (anecdotal only) about a few people getting their BFP after being ill in the TWW though - I don't know if that's real 🤣 but just wanted to say don't write off the cycle as it could still be your time

@HeathenPlayingHouse I got pregnant the cycle I had covid don't rule it out !

@LucyLoopyLu @krissy12 I hope you're both right, guess I just have to be patient.

With DS and my CP last year, I started feeling the pinchy cramps at 10DPO, which will be on Sunday- must try not to get too caught up watching out for them! 😂

@LucyLoopyLu @HeathenPlayingHouse if it helps give a bit of hope, I was the illest I’d been in a long time during my TWW that I conceived, I’d picked something up from a flight on the day I ovulated!

I'm doing better, there's a little improvement everyday. I'm just hoping this cough doesn't linger, they tend to stick around for weeks due to my asthma.

@HeathenPlayingHouse glad you're starting to feel better.

I have my fertility consultation on Monday (phone appointment). I feel nervous! I hope it won't be disappointing. I'd like to come out of it feeling like there's a plan for next steps not just more waiting to see someone else.

I had a fall today after stepping out on some slippy decking and it has properly shook me up! Not good at 29 weeks! I fell onto my side luckily but I’m like overthinking her movements now!! Midwife said to just keep an eye on her movements so here I am

@bananatoast321 I hope you’re ok!! I fell twice during my pregnancy - once around 12 weeks I fell backwards onto my bum with a bit of a thud, and then at 37+6 I twisted my ankle on some uneven ground and fell forwards onto my hands and knees. Baby was absolutely fine, hopefully that’s reassuring for you as I know how worrying these things can be!

@bananatoast321 oh no, hope you're ok! Slippy decking is an absolute nightmare isn't it. I really like decking but it can just end up a death trap if you're not careful!

thank you all! All good now, she’s been moving like normal, I’ve just had the worst joint pain since!

@Houseelf90 I think I’d have gone onto labour at 37+6 if I’d fallen, purely from the shock and emotional trauma! I think the unexpectedness of a fall is one thing and then combined with it happening infront of a stranger / making sure you’re not landing on your baby is another!!

My fiancé said I looked drained and emotionally tapped out in the evening haha from all the worry/embarrassment/pain!

@bananatoast321 I did wonder if it contributed to my waters breaking 2 days later but probably not! Thankfully no one was around when I fell so I didn’t have the embarrassment part, bless you!! How are you doing otherwise?

Henry is 12 days old now, today is his due date and we are registering him!

@Houseelf90 probably did!! I’m good overall! I’ve been enjoying the last few weeks of having some energy and being able to keep on top of housework etc! All our furniture and pram etc are arriving in a week and a half and I’m so so ready to start preparing! We also have a definite name for her now!

Exciting with registering him! How are you feeling post partum?

@Houseelf90 12 days already? My goodness, that's gone quickly!

12DPO here and I'm not sure what to think. Pre-DS, my LP was 12 days, but I'm not sure if that's changed since then.

I had tiny, almost imagined twinges at 9DPO, but not much since. Today, I'm suddenly feeling very tired after sitting down after finishing work, but I'm not sure if I'm really tired, or if I'm imagining it because I know how many DPO I am. Same with getting mild headaches.

Either way, I don't plan to test until at least 16DPO. The disappointment from last time when I tested at 13DPO then had a CP 2 days later is still fresh in my mind.

Hi ladies xx It's been a while. My FET was cancelled because my lining wasn't responding to the medication. I have one last shot next month and if the same thing happens again, I'm going to take another break from IVF and continue some point next year. So no pregnancy here still. Such is life. I hope everyone is okay xx

@bananatoast321 eek it all gets real when you build the furniture!! Great that you have a definite name too 🥰
I’m feeling surprisingly well really thank you. The only pain I have really had is where I had the episiotomy, and even that’s not painful most of the time now! Had my stitches checked today and they’re healing well too!

@HeathenPlayingHouse tell me about it 😭 I wish time would slow down!!

13DPO and AF hasn't shown her face yet. I had a wave of dizziness at my desk this morning, I'm trying not to get my hopes up but I just feel... off.

I've learned not to read too much into things, but I'm definitely paying more attention to any changes happening. Of course, it could just be pre-AF progesterone having its fun.

I'm waiting until Sunday to test, but I'm so impatient! 😂
