Hi All.
This is a continuation from my past thread, but no need to go read that one if you're new here!
Quick TD;LR from the old post (but with up to date info) - I'm 31, OH is 35. We are TTC baby #1. Been TTC since Jan 2022, now on cycle 14. Haven't told anyone to avoid pressure.
Feel free to post any questions, thoughts, whinges, celebrations, basically anything here!
Going to try to be a bit more positive than I was toward the end of the last thread 😂
Love & baby dust to all. Wishing for BFPs for everyone this year 💖

Hey all, I’ve been lurking in the wings but never wanted to comment as we weren’t properly trying.
I’m 32 and DH is 31 and TTC #1.
Had my implant out towards the end of 21 and although we haven’t actively tried we also haven’t done anything to prevent pregnancy.
We planned to start properly trying this month and I feel so anxious now. There was never any pressure previously if AF came. Im feeling slightly crackers about it all but reading these threads have been a great help.

@IsLarryFromSomething how long after coming off are you talking? Since coming off the pill I get cramps when AF is due but didn't really before going on the pill. I was on it for about 12 years and didn't bleed at all while taking it, so it was all a bit of a shock to the system when I stopped 😂
TinyDancer91 · 24/01/2023 09:51
@IsLarryFromSomething I'd imagine it's probably normal if you had cramps before then. I know hormones suck 😂
If they carry on for too much longer or if you are worried, try speaking to your GP, see what they say.
Have you had a withdrawal bleed yet?
