@Indianna2006 same with me before a positive. The only thing is really the lack of pre AF symptoms! Pregnancy symptoms don't even start till 5 weeks (with me anyway) last time I felt a bit odd no physical symptoms at all 🤷‍♀️ the body is a mystery

@Skylark1990 firstly congratulations! Don't worry about the wine, it'll be fine especially this early. I've had 3 losses, in that one CP and the other two around 10 weeks. I would call Prof Quenby, I am sure they will want to do blood tests still to ensure everything is at the right level for these early days and treat anything that comes up. I'd be shocked if they cancelled them because you're pregnant, they're there to support you through pregnancy xx

@Skylark1990 brilliant news, congratulations! So I asked that questions when I had private blood tests done when I was pregnant and they wouldn't test as bloods go a bit jumpy during pregnancy so won't be accurate. They also usually test on CD3. That being said, there is no harm in asking?

@MrsCristiano where abouts are you in your cycle? As soon as I ovulate, I get bloating, I trumpet like a trooper and I tend to get a juicy spot on the left hand side of my chin. My DH is a very lucky man 🫠

Thank you all 💗💗💗 Im still very surprised and quite worried but hoping over the next few days it feels more real. The progesterone has given me some cramps today and I feel a bit ill so I'm guessing the side effects won't be fun! Worth it ofc if it does the trick.

@Indianna2006 I haven't actually had a period yet since my MC so I'm sure the doctor's etc will be a bit anxious about dating it. I know when I ovulated as I did opks and temped so I don't think I'll be worried... I guess they may do an early scan? I might get this anyway due to my previous losses I guess.

@FfayeN thank you, yes I will definitely tell them but just worried they will deny the scheduled tests for some reason .. I'll have a chat to them when I go!

@bunnykins123 were your tests to do with hormone levels or was it the tests for the clotting disorders? I don't think they're testing my hormones just clotting and vitamin D and thyroid...

Hopefully some more bfps come up soon! I defo don't feel super confident yet but it's still nice and trying to think positive and I'm definitely happy and feel lucky 🙂

I know how when your ttc your 1st and it isn’t an easy journey with losses mixed in. it feels like it will never happen and you won’t ever get to be a mum. But you will. An it is all worth it in the end. keep plodding on. Any month can be the month! 💖

How many cycles did it take you to fall originally before your 1st mc? Have you passed that amount of cycles yet? I always found that a hard point this time round.

I had 1st cycle. Mmc Then 7th to get my DD

then this time was 11 cycles. I went mad and nuts after the 7th an felt broken. But alas I fell eventually. But just mmc again 🙄

@theblueflowers oh hun I'm so sorry. It totally sucks doesn't it 😢 Preparing myself for the same tomorrow. AF due today/tomorrow (my app says 50/50 it arrives 13dpo vs 14dpo) - nothing yet but as I say it's not unusual. I had cramps earlier (specifically javelin arse 🤪) which usually means AF is imminent but nothing yet. I reckon it'll come tomorrow bang on schedule. I won't test - I can't bare a bfn staring back at me!

@Skylark1990 alllll the tests. So I went private when I was pregnant but knew my pregnancy wasn't viable as my HCG was rising but uber slowly so wanted some answers. They wouldn't do any tests until 1 full cycle until after my miscarriage due to hormones still being funky for the 1st month. I've had clotting, hormones and immune bloods taken now. I know how hard it is wanting to know answers but my advice to you would be to tell them you are pregnant and see what they advise. The last thing you want is high readings because they didn't know you were pregnant and it's skewed the results.

@Indianna2006 your lovely words made me blub 😭 I am sure it will happen, my DH said the same this morning, but I just can't see it yet. Everyone around me is moving on with their lives and starting their families and we are just stuck. It is such a lonely time- I feel like I don't fit in anywhere.

It was four cycles to fall with the first pregnancy, but with cycles of up to 50 days, so felt like a lifetime. I'm now not going to be pregnant for the due date of that first one, which shouldn't matter, but I had that milestone in my head.

This cycle was 34 days, so moving in the right direction which is something. Onto cycle 5.

I will be cheering you all on from the sidelines of your TWWs. We deserve some more positives! xx

@theblueflowers so sorry AF arrived 😔 it's gutting. Be kind to yourself. A good cry and then think positive for a fresh new cycle. Completely get how you feel, I have so many friends just had babies or are pregnant. I want to be a mum so much, it's heartbreaking xx

@Skylark1990 I echo what @bunnykins123 said, tell them but I am sure they can do all of those apart from the clotting, I'm sure for those you need to wait 12 weeks after any pregnancy (but I could totally be getting that confused with something else!). Prof Quenby will do all she can to support this pregnancy be rest assured 😘. Well done on resisting testing @bunnykins123 you have way more discipline than me 😂. Fingers crossed though for when the time comes xx

ah okay yes so long cycles before. But cycle 4 wasn’t bad. So it could be any time. Although when you’ve just got AF is definitely does not feel like that I know.

it’s a funny feeling being stuck sometimes. Ttc is totally being in limbo. We all know we want a baby. And it’s one of THE most important things you ever do. And you don’t get to choose. And that’s the hardest part.

we deffo deserve some more positives in this thread soon. We’re all gonna get there ladies! Just have to keep chugging along and pushing each other along when we have melts downs 😌💖

@theblueflowers also totally get about the due date milestone that’s totally normal.

I prob have it in my head hoping to be pregnant before November due date. And with my 1st pregnancy I was due April. And was gutted when the due date went by but fell pregnant with my DD the next cycle 😌

and it’s funny because once I was pregnant with DD and she was born. I’ve never wished for it to be any different. As it wouldn’t of been DD if that makes sense and I wouldn’t change her for the world. She was destined to be my baby I’m sure. That’s how I try look at it 💖
