Two week wait, needing some company!

Hi everyone 👋
I've had two miscarriages, one in November 2021, and one in January 2022. Me and my partner have been trying for over a year. We have tried really hard this month to catch ovulation by using OPK's. I'm currently in the dreaded 2WW.

Anyone else out there in the same position? Would love some company in this tricky time! X

I’m also 7dpo today. My symptoms have been mild twinges in uterus and random short burst of nausea. It’s hard to not symptom spot I also don’t feel very hopeful 😩

@Wouldloveanother yeah, implantation can happen anytime from 5 days all the way up to a late implanted at 14dpo although that's quite rare. The average is 9-10dpo. Xx
@Tass15 my appetite has been so weird today. Partner made me a bacon sandwich for breakfast but I couldn't face it. Gave it to him... lucky buggar... then had olives on my salad and they made me nauseous too... very strange! But again, I've had nausea in previous months with no pregnancy. It just feels particularly strong today. Xx

I'm 4DPO today ladies so I'm not far behind 🥰!
I've no symptoms at all apart from feeling a little hot on a morning more than usual 😂

Rejoining the group on cycle 6 now. 1dpo I believe, maybe 2. Fingers crossed!

8DPO.. had some really sharp pains last night in lower abdomen, nausea on and off. I know the nausea is normal for me at this time of the month as well because of hormones but the pains are not.
Of course I took an early pregnancy test today and of course it was BFN 🤣 but sometimes you just need to scratch the itch of doing a test. Will wait until 10DPO now. How are we all doing? X

@Cally1980 Fingers crossed for you, really hope this is your month 🤞 keep us updated, I'm around 5DPO today and no symptoms but I'm trying to be more laid back and not think about it at this stage 😂 which is so hard!

@SylvieArth sharp pains can be a good sign! 😁 defo wait until 10dpo and test again which tests are you using? Xxx

Hi all, I was on this thread a little bit last month and back again, on cycle 5 since miscarriage. I'm also 8DPO today, I've seen a few others on here who are the same. Tested this morning on a cheapie and of course BFN but I'm having some mild cramping today, so keeping everything crossed. Wishing everyone luck this cycle!

@Lolly16 I'm on cycle 5 since miscarriage too.. and also 8DPO! Seems we are on the same path. I had another miscarriage 7 cycles ago too so trying not to think overhung or stress about it happening again.
I never thought it would be so hard to conceive, I always thought it would be, no protection = baby!!! 🤣
@BabyBx yeah these pains were certainly unusual but could be one of those things.. who knows!!
I'll keep you all updated and I will keep this thread alive until we see some BFP's here. Determined about that! Xx

I know what you mean about thinking it was easy. This month we’ve tried a bizarre approach. Sperm testing showed we have only 4% motility which is very bad as these are all slow movers. Started strict vitamin regime and did it every day and sometimes twice a day. I realise low sperm count means supposed to do it less but apparently motility declined the longer you wait between. So I’m trying it a bit different. Also using preseed before, using a fertilily after and being legs up for an hour. If this doesn’t work we are stopping actively trying and I’m gonna try to loose 15lbs and have to find funds for IVF. Yikes!

@SylvieArth We’re definitely on a very similar path. I also had another miscarriage 8 cycles ago! Terrified of it happening again but this is now also the longest it’s ever taken us to conceive, so now I’m worried I’ll never get pregnant again. It’s such a hard journey but sending you lots of luck. Hopefully this is our month!!

Hi ladies, how is everyone getting on? Has anyone done a pregnancy test yet?

Everyone is onto their TWW of the second cycle (since I've been following this chat) and I'm still on CD44 of the previous one 😖 so frustrating. I had a blood test yesterday to see what is going on!

Is anyone an expert on temp readings for ovulation? These are from last week... I'm just trying to work out if I'm actually ovulating or not as something odd is going on.

20th June - 35.87
21st June - 36.35
22nd June - 36.40
23rd June - 36.80

I'm not testing for a few days now 9DPO today so I still think it's early. I'm not sure if I'm having hormonal fluctuations or whether this is implantation but the last few days have been tough. Stabbing pains in uterus, breathlessness, nausea, pain in boobs stabbing pain not sore or anything, itchy nipples, fatigue.. I could be just coming down with a bug or perhaps it's something trying to stick in there 🤣 god knows.. Will test again in a few days and will keep you all updated!

How is everyone doing today??

@helloimlaura sorry to hear your having a hard time lovely... I heard after ovulation temp goes up ever so slightly and if pregnant the temp will stay raised rather than go back down so you never know you may of fallen pregnant hence the temp going up, I'm no expert though as I don't temp (as of yet!)

I'm around 6DPO today and honestly, I've never felt so tired. I'm absolutely exhausted, I'm actually convinced if I'm not pregnant this month, then I have something wrong with me! I'm crazily tired, even my partner has noticed and he's like ' why you so tired?! Isit a sign?! ' haha! The wait is absolutely horrible isn't it.

It's definitely a hard journey, it seems when your not trying you just fall pregnant and when your trying it takes soooo long! Xx

@SylvieArth that is a lot of symptoms!! Sounds very promising - keeping my fingers crossed for you. 9dpo is still very early so maybe it's implantation 🙊

@BabyBx tiredness is definitely a good sign too! I remember feeling like that around a similar time! It's hard not to overthink everything isn't it, I must waste hours of my life googling symptoms haha

I really just don't think anything is going on down there at the moment, I've had multiple peaks this month and no clear signs that I've ovulated. My body is just a bit messed up still after the miscarriage I think. Will see what the blood test says... Saying that when I got pregnant before I ovulated on CD47 so maybe I just ovulate really late. So frustrating not knowing

Can anyone else see a faint line here? I thought I'd try one as I did an OPK and... flashing smiley 😫

Hi ladies hope you are all ok! I needed to take a couple of days out to mentally get my head round the fact I am out this month. AF isn't here yet and not due until Monday - Wednesday but I can feel it. I know it's not our month. Feeling ok now so looking forward to seeing all you ladies succeed!! X

@Angie2018 oh lovely, I've heard of woman who felt like this and it was actually there month! You just never ever know, our feelings are naturally to not get our hopes up because of disappointment everytime AF does arrive but honestly, your not out until AF does show up! You never know ❤

I'm more than likely to be out too due to only having sex the once 3 days before ovulation, but I'm trying to stay positive ❤

Hey everyone! @helloimlaura I see something faint too but I also know the blue dye tests are meant to be a bit trickier to read than the pink dye so I agree with @BabyBx do another test in a few days? Fingers crossed for you!
@Angie2018 totally understand, I'm not convinced this is mine either despite the symptoms.
I'm 10DPO today.. nausea has stopped, no stabbing pains anymore. I had a bit of an upset tummy this morning and have white creamy cm but that is normal for me at this time of the month. Will do a test tomorrow and if another negative, will wait until AF due in 5 days xx

@BabyBx ah thank you 🙏🏻 I think part of me wants to cling onto this but I just have this feeling, I am 99.9% sure AF is coming. I hope you do get your BFP this month!! Xx

10DPO here too. I’m crazy symptom spotting here but know it won’t mean anything. I’ve had a funny taste in my mouth since yesterday, some clear watery cm (which is unusual for me at this point, I usually have brown if anything) and what feels like an upset stomach too.

@BabyBx I looked at it again this morning and it’s a clearer line but I’ve done this to myself before and it turned out to be nothing. You might not be out, it sounds like you covered your fertile window for sure so stay positive ❤️

@SylvieArth they definitely are trickier to read and I’ve fallen down this hole before so as you said, I’ll wait a few days! 10dpo is still early, you’ve had lots of symptoms so fingers crossed🤞

@Lolly16 ooh clear watery cm is definitely a symptom. Do you think you’ll test today?

@helloimlaura I done a test at 8DPO, which was of course negative. I have some FRER coming today but I’m trying to hold out to tomorrow at least, as 11DPO is the earliest I’ve ever had a positive. When do you think you’ll test again?

Hi ladies! I cracked at 8dpo yesterday, and got this (at about 6pm after crossing my legs for a few hours)
so I excitedly ran out to buy another today, which was very negative after a 3 hour hold 😔
what do we think? I know the answer is to wait a few days and test again but I’m hoping someone will say THIS HAPPENED TO ME AND IT ENDED IN BFP 😆
