Two week wait, needing some company!

Hi everyone 👋
I've had two miscarriages, one in November 2021, and one in January 2022. Me and my partner have been trying for over a year. We have tried really hard this month to catch ovulation by using OPK's. I'm currently in the dreaded 2WW.

Anyone else out there in the same position? Would love some company in this tricky time! X

Hi everyone, can anyone else see a line here? I think I can see a faint line but not sure if it looks like an evaporation line or not? I'm 12dpo today. My opk tests have had the flashing smiley for about 9 days straight too which is odd.

Anyone?? Sorry I'm driving myself mad over here 😂

@helloimlaura I can see a line but like you I'm not sure if it's an indent/evap or not. It does look like that test is dry? If so i would maybe be a bit cautious.
Did you take another today? Fingers crossed it is an early positive

I’m in total denial. Proper period but I’m still convinced there’s the tiniest chance I’m one of those ladies that still has periods😂😂

Hope everyone's getting on well! Was in hospital so haven't been on here for a few days, but they gave me a pregnancy test at 12dpo which was negative and did a pelvic scan (for something unrelated) and didn't say anything so definitely thought I was out. And zero symptoms. But AF was getting on to 3 days late so thought I would test just to rule it out and got a bfp!

@Cally1980 I'm the same.. I came on AF 2 days late after having some weird light brown for a day before it came, now this is the 3rd day and it's gone brown again, such a weird period and I have this metalic taste in my mouth too but I tested before AF and was negative so I'm convinced I'm just being silly 😂 I'd soooo love us to be those woman who have bleeds but are pregnant!

@JSS15 I'm thinking it was an evap line now.

@BabyBx I did another test this morning and there's the faintest line again but I think the line would be much more noticeable 2 days later :( I'm 14dpo too so it should be darker.

I'm on day 14 of flashing smileys too 🥺 starting to think I didn't ovulate and my body is still messed up after the miscarriage. So fed up.

@BabyBx so great to hear from you!! I'm really good thanks. I'm on CD12. Had a positive ovulation test yesterday and today so we've DTD each night and will do so until the ovulation tests fade. I'm honestly feeling great this month. We've had some really big chats and as much as we want this and will do all we can, we're really trying to take everything in our stride and have fun with it rather than put pressure on. So, who knows what will happen but either way, we're gonna keep being happy haha how are you? Xx

@BabyBx hello! Thanks for asking lovely, not sure what's happening as still no AF for me. I did a couple more tests after I posted the photos in the group but they were negative so I gave up.

I did get a peak static smiley 2 days ago though randomly 😂 i think my body is having an absolute meltdown hahaha

I've never had an OPK this dark before.... ever. Does this mean ovulation is within the next day?

My opks are still negative and I'm on CD 10 today, I ovulated around the 11th day last month so I'm hoping it turns positive soon I'm thinking more towards the 14th day maybe!

@helloimlaura that's odd no A still! I pray it comes soon for you so then you can have a fresh cycle, my AF was late last cycle and I really thought I was pregnant 😩 my period even lasted 3 days which was soo odd! I'm hoping for a positive ovulation test soon but keep thinking what if I don't ovulate this month 😂

How strange you got a flashing smiley.. did you DTD on that day just incase? Haha xx

@BabyBx honestly, I'm so chuffed. I don't think I ovulated last month as all my lines were fainter than the control line and then went on to have a horrific period which they say is normal when you don't ovulate. I can honestly say I've never had one this dark before. Crazy! Hope it's a good sign. We've DTD every day over the last 3 days so will continue but to be honest having sex every day isn't usually our bag 🤣 32 now and we get tired easily haha.. but determined to cover all basis this month. Let me know how you get on with the testing OPK wise. Let's stay in touch xxx

Officially 1DPO.... and so the wait begins again. I'm a lot calmer this month though. After a year of trying, you have to be a bit more chilled at some point or you spend each month hating half of it whilst you wait haha. I feel like we've done well to catch my ovulation this month and it's the first time I've had a peak like I did, to that degree. So let's see! Sending love to you all and I'll keep you updated xx

@SylvieArth ah I am 1dpo too today! Like you we had a great chat after having a chemical last cycle and I also feel positive about this cycle. Everything's gone to plan this month and my temps, OPKS & DTD have all lined up great so I am hopeful! Fingers crossed for you!! X

@Angie2018 and you 🥰 we've also had 2 chemicals and one miscarriage over the last year so it's been so tough, we both said if we don't make this more laid back, I was going to spiral further and further down. So we've taken the pressure cooker off basically. Trying a slow bake instead 🤣🤣 let's see what happens xx wishing lots of luck xx

I'm CD 11 today, negative OPKS so far! My period was late last cycle so maybe I'm going to ovulate a little later than last month I'm thinking and (hoping) It's soon 🤞 we DTD last night and will continue to do so for next few days, I just can't wait to see a positive opk. When do you girls test? I've been testing late morning I'm thinking I should probably do afternoons too? Xx

@SylvieArth ah so sorry to hear you've been through that! That's horrible! I agree sometimes chilling out about it just helps. I've found tracking has helped me relax which is odd! I really do hope we all get our BFPs this month! I am SO invested in this cycle it's unreal so I will be devastated if it doesn't work out. But I guess I can't control it!! Xx

I would certainly do morning and afternoon so you don't miss it!! I did a morning test Monday, was negative, by 6pm it was positive so may have missed it if I didn't test twice! Good luck to you with this cycle I hope you get your BFP. I am 1dpo today and it's dragging already xx

Thank you @Angie2018 💟.. I did an afternoon opk yesterday and was negative BUT I think it's starting to get that little bit darker so I'm so sure I'm going to ovulate in the next few days! We didn't manage to DTD last night but for sure it's happening tonight!😂🤞.. how you ladies feeling? @SylvieArth @Angie2018 xx

@BabyBx ooo let us know how you get on. Yeah I'm OK. 2DPO, the pregnacare vitamins are making me feel sick as they always do 🤣 but apart from that I'm alright. Not sure whether to test at 10DPO or wait for AF. Guess it depends on symptoms. On my first pregnancy that I miscarried, my dog was acting really strange around me and my tummy so I'm sure he'll tell me again haha x
