Thread 13 was very joyful and very painful for me, but what it has shown me is that even old warhorses like me can get lucky, so there's no excuse for all you nubile young honies not to deliver the goods! Come on now, Mama Hester expects you to do your duty by your fellow ttc-ers

Been a hectic day really.....2 other Health Visitors were off sick so I have 20 women and their babies in Postnatal group, teaching about weaning, then ran off to do one of the sick Helath Visitors baby clinics, then had home visits all afternoon to new Mums with their new babies!

Got home shattered!
Now had a nice bath and G+T (dh at the gym with the lads!)

How about you?

not bad ty, had the afternoon off, did my xmas shopping and wrapping (finally all finished!) with a friend, then scrubbed my carpet, and have just got in from one of the girls house. Found out her DW was cheatin on her, aparently it's all a pack of lies and the ex just want's to win her back?? (complicated stuff for me to understand this late in the day! lol) still finished half a bottle of taboo off! lol.

Bit of a pain really when starting the persona...but its gets exciting....bit boring.... just keep peeing on your sticks girl and things will start to happen.

You pee on day 6 then on day 9, 10, 11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22, and day 23!

Bloodyhell.......JB!!! sounds like a bit of a soap opera to me!!!

All my xmas shopping also done....went home to see my sister 3 weeks ago and did the whole lot in one day!!!! Its her 50th next nov and I am going to surprize her and take her to Dublin for the weekend!!! (I know Dublin very well)
She is seperated with 2 teens 19 and 15. Not much dosh...I am so excited and its almost 1yr away!!!!

It's a soap opera! lol, but still it keeps life intresting! lol. wish I had done my shopping in one day, but at least it's done now and there won't be any last minute shoppin trips! lol.

Hey this time next yr any ways, hopefully u'll be PG so you'll have to take things easy!

JB getting on great.

Listen to this!!!!!!!!!!!! Pee'ed on a stick this am and it had 2 very strong lines on it (also felt like I was ov IYKWIM) so I knew it was going to say 'O'

So I also decided to do the manual sticks aswell....to see what they said!!!!...........
So I tested with the OPKs (2 different kinds that I had left form last month) and they were very negative!!!!!!!

I was always been very frustrated with the manual ones....is it dark!...is it dark enough???? etc etc etc etc etc .

So I concluded the persona is fab!

excellent, Funny u should say that actually, that was my plan with my remaining Clear blue test this month - seems a shame to waste one test! lol,

I'm off to bed now, so take care hon, nite nite, hope DH isn't too tired for u when he gets in! lol. c yas in the morning.

thank u so very very very much for advice.Its so helpful.A lot of those things i didn't know.
I read one of your further post when u say to spread the times when you bed to further your chances.its so true.WHen i first started 5months ago to plan for no2, i bought that predictor and targeted for only those 2 days of ovulation but never realising how irregular my cycles are.this month should be coming on on xmas day ( well hopefully i wont come on ) .now finished my periods on wed and am going to charm hubby for it every 2 days so to enhance chances.
I do hope all of yous get the best chance for xmas.

I got another BFN today although there was sort of a faint line on the top half of the yes line except probably was just where the chemicals are and I'm starting to hallucinate, and the control line didn't go blue in the second window. This happened to my first test (no control line) - what does that mean? I definitely peed all over the pad thing and watched the urine fill the whole length of the stick. AF 2 days late now.

CD32now and still no AF.
