Soooo....@Minster2012 is letting the lunatics take over the asylum as she's handing over the driving seat to the passengers and having a well deserved rest after driving us around since June 2020!

I'm sure she'll still be around and you can follow her on Instagram (Minstermusings) where a lot of passengers and ex-passengers have their own TTC or normal accounts too (just be careful not to out anyone on their non-TTC accounts!)

We have a fabulous history of BFPs on this thread since @Minster2012 took over and we need to keep it up...no slacking!

Anything goes and NOTHING is TMI on this bus! Whether you're doing it the old fashioned way or with some help from science, we're all waiting for those 2 pink lines and are here to support each other and try to stay (somewhat) sane along the way

Thanks for setting up the bus @polkadotpixie! Your Norethisterone reaction sounds horrific!! Mine hasn't been quite that bad, but it's amazing how much these drugs can affect a person.

@paintfairy that thread you shared absolutely broke me 😂 I think I would go out of my mind if DH was like that!

@BellatrixK next step when the drugs stop is to wait for AF to show and then from CD2 the injections start 😱 I wouldn't worry about your RHR, so much can affect it - anything could have caused that reduction, try not to fret ❤️

Great to see there's lots of sticks on be it OPKs, POAS & also home insem @lakejupiter we've had success on the bus in the past with home insem, are you tracking your OV too?

@Minster2012 I am tracking with OPKs, might also start BBT next month but my sleep is a bit all over the place. I ovulated late this month (due to booster maybe) which is v frustrating when you have an insemination plan and don't live together but that's TTC I guess!

We inseminated CD14, 15 & 16. I peaked CD17 so likely ovulated CD18. Currently on CD21/3dpo, AF due on 25th. Still getting the hang of the insemination process itself (takes some practice!) so not holding my breath for this 2ww but happy to be on the bus!

@lakejupiter what are you using for insemination? Our previous couple had more success with a cup

After some thoughts... was having O "negative" clear blues up until Sunday 9th when I tested FMU - peak static smiley
Tested with a cheapie also and again on Monday (would say was a bit darker Monday) when do you think I would have peaked?
I only DTD Sunday & Monday.

Hi all! I missed the December bus as I wasn't in the mood, needed to distract myself a bit. AF hit me with a vengeance last time. This time it was easier as I knew the chances would have been very low (missed the fertility window).
I don't use opk anymore, or at least not for this month. Feeling a bit depressed about it all lately, that's why I skipped everything around TTC but the vitamins.

@Franklydear we used a syringe and a Ferti Lily cup but tempted to try the cup only method next month as the syringes are quite fiddly. Seemed to go okay though.

@Sausage1990 that's exciting! Am I remembering correctly that you were on a health kick before Christmas? How's that going? I started on Monday and it's so bloody hard!

No news here. I'm on my way shortly to parliament buildings (in Ireland) for a vigil for a young woman who was murdered this week in broad daylight whilst out for a jog. It's so sad, and the whole thing is so depressing on a societal level.

Just taking a cheerleading seat at the back of the bus ready to help will on the next run of well deserved bfps. Ive not forgotten how much of a frustrating and brutal process it is at times so willing it to happen for everyone with all my might 🤞

@RMS0209 sounds like you might have OV'd on the Monday so can def be enough OV -1 then OV day 🤞🏻

@Somatronic oh no that's really sad, I'm hoping you are well wrapped up though

@lakejupiter we used a fertili after sex and I'm a firm believer it helped but obviously with you having to insert it flipped over I guess that makes it a bit awkward to just use to insert the sperm

Started my temping this morning and ovulation sticks yesterday, both faint line so not positive, tracking them both on apps though so will see what's going on cycle wise 😊

@Minster2012 I've heard about a method where you put the sperm into a menstrual cup and then wear that for a few hours. Was thinking of trying that next month. It seems less fiddly than the syringe method as it's one less step and I had a bit of trouble with the syringes this month. though I do really like the Ferti Lily and I've got the hang of inserting it now (after some very awkward practice runs) so maybe we just carry on as we are! So glad it helped you!! Did you do it alongside insemination or just after DTD?
