Soooo....@Minster2012 is letting the lunatics take over the asylum as she's handing over the driving seat to the passengers and having a well deserved rest after driving us around since June 2020!

Thank you @Juno231 ❤️ we don't live in the same city currently but hoping to change that fairly soon as we would like to live close to each other (and TTC is currently a logistical mare!) He lives in a city I used to live in and I live in a city he used to live in, weirdly, so we both feel at home in both places and are figuring out what to do.

@lakejupiter @Juno231 I actually have a satisfyer pro 2 already. 😳 Great for alone use but I've never used it with DH. Kind of doesn't work in that scenario? Its good but I have to be in the mood for it. It gives completely different orgasms. I can't describe..... 🤣

@paintfairy yes different orgasm! First time I used it I was like NEW FEELING UNLOCKED. I haven't used it w a partner though

@lakejupiter thank you for sharing your story. I am so nosy, I love hearing about people’s lives, especially people who are on ttc journey- it’s comforting to think it’s not just us trying these things! Also, it’s always good to have a vibrator recommendation. We use mine quite a lot together, but it’s nothing special, maybe due an upgrade!

Right, so, I’ve ordered preseed and going to order the clear blue flashing smiley OPKs. Started taking Evening Primrose Oil. Thank you for the advice on it @Juno231 and @Minster2012. I am on it this month!
If anyone has preseed advice, please share. It’s intimidating me slightly!

Good luck with the PreSeed and the smileys! I have v limited experience but will say I def overdid it with the preseed this month and made everything super slippery so don't be me 😂

If you’re pleased with af while ttcing, does it mean you finally lost it? Day 3 of a constant medium flow, I used more pads than the last half year together.... on a different note, his majesty has demanded new hats that fully cover his ears, so that’s what I am doing today, yes master!

Glad there's no shame POAS. I did it again this morning 🙄 felt very strange last night and had interesting temperature changes so was curious. Then immediately regretted it! No dignity club.

@Juno231 I need you, finally got my blood results, first the receptionist said, normal no action, whatever that means but finally gave me the numbers, so LH 6.2, FHS 9.1 and estradiol 572 which is high but not indicative of menopause, translation please?
It was cycle day 12, a few days before ovulation

@Franklydear reference ranges on my results are attached. Top one is progesterone. Middle one LH. Bottom one FSH.

@Manifestingbaby thanks for sharing that thread, that's exactly what I needed today hahaha

@lakejupiter @BellatrixK if using the applicator i only really used a quarter to a third of it for pressed. Less is more 🤣 Some people might need it all but I really didn't. And later on I kind of used it mostly externally with the thought that some will get pushed in. I didn't really struggle with my own lubrication though.
@Franklydear realistically to get a true idea of what's happening the LH and FSH need taking CD 2-5. I only know that FSH is used to see if you can have ivf (on the nhs it needs to be 9 or under, privately i think they'll do anything under 10 or 11 depending on clinic). That's an indication your egg reserves are starting to get low. Although an AMH test would confirm. There's nothing obvious that stands out about yours that indicates a major issue but really they need taking on the right day. And a progesterone test on day 21 (or 7 days after ovulation) to confirm ovulation.

Hello everyone! I disappeared because things got too much and I was not coping well. However, AF has arrived!!! 🙌🙌🙌 Which means the IVF injections can start... tomorrow I think. I was beyond excited for all of half a second before the period pain hit and now I'm back down to earth with a bump.

@blackcurrantqueen congratulations!!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉 So happy for you!!

@lakejupiter wow your GP is the worst! I feel your pain, I get told nothing but fun variants on how I'm too fat (BMI is 28) from most doctors I've seen, with the IVF clinic encouraging me to lose weight. It's hell on the old self esteem, but don't let that GP drag you down. I hope you can switch to a more compassionate and helpful one soon

@Franklydear I think your FSH is upper end of normal IF it had been taken on CD2 but actually probably really good for CD12? Looks like you can carry on without menopause breathing down your neck for now!
