Anyone else ttc #2?

My dd is 11 months old and we have decided that now is the time for number 2! My daughter took 18 months to conceive with a mmc in between, so I'm expecting a long journey. This is my first month and I'm on cd4.

@Chanel05 still no AF! Just taken another cheapy test though and still negative! 🤔 My Flo app says it should start anytime between yesterday and Monday so it may come then!

According to my static smiley, I should have started af on Thursday but she hasn't arrived yet. I thought I had fertile cam 3 days after my positive so my af could be arriving today. I did a cheap test about 5 days ago that was negative so I'm just waiting it out, I don't want to see that lack of line 😂.

Hi @greenflipflop and @chanel05. I seem to be in the same boat. I am certain AF was due on Thursday (I always have a 10 day LP and did have a positive OPK to indicate when o took place) but no sign. But BFNs on tests taken today and yesterday - not even a hint of a line. Ovia says AF is due on Monday which I had been certain was wrong but maybe not....

Either way, I'm not testing anymore and will have a glass of wine to drown my sorrows!

@chanel05 that is promising that AF hasn't arrived for you. Got everything crossed for you. When do you think you will test again if it doesn't show up?

@wegoagain I'm going to try to hold out until Monday, in case in ovulated more than two days after my static smiley. Thing is, I never got a positive opk on my cheapies and I tested for 5 days after my static but just gave up in the end 😂.

I'm sure I won't be pregnant though, I'm only cycle 2 and my two pregnancies have taken 8 months each time to conceive. I usually get spotting the day before af so I'll know when she's coming.

@chanel05 or you may be like me and have the usual spotting thinking AF is on the way, drink 2 glasses of wine only for it to stop and it actually implantation! Hope it's your lucky month! Xx

Hey everyone! How are we all doing? CD9 for me and bleeding stopped about 3-4 days ago after the chemical, so I'm pleased my body is sort of back on track as it were. God knows when ovulation will happen, and I'm trying not to be too clinical about everything.

@CShandy01 Hope you have a good month this month! I found it quite tricky tracking ovulation after a chemical!

Hi @GreenFlipFlop still no AF, although she was due yesterday. Really weird I have no symptoms of AF or pregnancy atm so I’m not really sure what is going on, how’s things with you?

Things are ok thanks! Waiting for AF too, but I think my cycle this month has just been a bit thrown!

I have but it was negative! Although last time I was pregnant with DD it didn’t show up positive until CD 35 and I’m now on CD31 so there’s hope!

I'm slightly dreading the next few days, 8DPO at the moment so in the peak symptom spotting phase can't say i feel anything different at the mo, wish the next couple of days fell at a weekend, i currently wfh full time so the temptation to test and the focus on any little twinge is strong!

Also blows my mind a bit that implantation can happen later than this, my fertile window feels so long ago haha

Keeping my fingers crossed for all of you who are still in the game this month! AF came for me yesterday so it is onto December for me. I was sort of glad when it came as it at least stopped the wondering and second guessing everything x

I’m about 7DPO and majorly symptom spotting. I just want to be pregnant again so badly, it’s driving me mad.

@GreenFlipFlop fingers crossed for you. I’m having no cramping which is really weird for me as I always have cramps just before AF.. took another test today, BFN.

AF has finally just arrived! No cramping either. I had a 33 day cycle which I haven't had since before I fell pregnant with my dd. I'm glad to be finally be out of that cycle! It's so frustrating being late and with bfn too. I've never ever been late without pregnancy either 😂.

Cycle 3 here we go 💪.

@GreenFlipFlop and @xxfxx - it sounds promising though that AF hasn't arrived....hopefully it will stay that way.

I am having a much heavier than usual period and there seem to be a number of clots so I'm wondering if something did try to happen but didn't succeed. For some reason, thinking this way makes me a bit more optimistic that there may still be hope in the future.

@Chanel05 sorry to hear AF arrived for you. On to next month. Our bodies play such tricks on us sometimes.

@RockingGazelle it’s just a waiting game but I don’t have any sings AF is coming yet so who knows.. I’m keeping everything crossed for you for next month. This thread is a bit of a god send because I haven’t told anyone we’re TTC in person. Takes the pressure off a bit I think.

27 yo, DD just about to turn a year and it's time for number 2!

Took my last Cerelle pill on Friday. Withdrawal bleed started yesterday along with some mild vaginal pain, which I thought was a bit odd. Anyone else had this as a pill withdrawal symptom? It's already gone so only lasted about 12 hours.

Conceived DD on second cycle of trying so obviously hoping for something similarly quick, but I was on the combined pill before that and aware it may take longer for fertility to return this time.

DD was premature (33 weeks) so I have a few jitters about that, but trying not to think about it too much and just look forward to being pregnant again.

Hmm I'm 9DPO don't think i'm feeling anything but POAS because i'm silly and feel like I have a squinter, it's the early detection cheapies from amazon, i don't trust it yet, i've done two with the same outcome, I'm not telling DH yet because i don't believe it so just coming to confess to you ladies to get it out my system, will try again in the morning now

@Mim21 I definitely see it. If you have another spare dip it in water to see if it's completely blank. This is what I done when I didn't trust mine
