FRER test done this morning, there is the faintest line on there, so faint I'm not sure it counts?
DH thinks it's an indentation line but it appeared in the 3 mins.
Thoughts?
I'm 10 DPO so I know really the answer is wait 2 days and do another test.

@Magnum99 THAT is a line! V faint (cos you’re so early) but no doubt in my mind we have a squinter! Congrats! Xxx

@Geriatric1234 thanks, I don't feel quite ready to believe it just yet though, we had similar lines in our first month TTC but it didn't stick so until I get a more definite line or until AF is late I don't feel ready to celebrate just yet. Plus DH doesn't believe the test is a positive 🙄
But keeping everything crossed that it develops over the next few days 🤞🏻

Been feeling a bit down in the dumps due to a slight family issue (@Geriatric1234 you saw it on the AIBU board, gosh what a baptism of fire starting a thread on there is!😂🥵) which is more or less sorted now.
And just don’t feel like I’m ever going to get pregnant so while I was so pleased for all the ladies who got bfps (there seemed to be a flurry all at once) it was just really hard to not be a part of that. 😔
Not sure if I’ve ovulated this month because while I had some of the signs (ewcm, high on the opk- might have missed the peak or it didn’t happen- and ovulation pain), the temp rise was many days later so my app is very confused!

Have decided to start acupuncture next cycle, spoke with a lovely lady, my consultation with her was actually better that my one with the Lister haha! Still a a few months to go until ivf starts.

How is everybody doing?

@Magnum99 I think you'll actually get something more visible tomorrow, so test again then! It certainly looks like a line to me. Is it pink in person?

@Misty84 hope you're okay, and the family issue/drama is behind you and all sorted.

The acupuncture sounds great, I honestly am so glad I started mine. Found it very hard to relax first couple of sessions, but the last couple I felt like I was floating on a cloud. Glad you had a good consult!

@A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 it's so faint I can't distinguish the colour, I find this is the problem with FRER, the line is so thin that when it's faint it's really hard to see.

Ahh that’s great you’ve had a positive experience with it @A1b2c3d4e5f6g7. Never been great with needles (good luck to me and my ivf injections haha!) but I’m willing to try anything that might help! I unwittingly did electro acupuncture about 5 months ago at a very dodgy place which was very unpleasant and the least relaxing thing ever!! but I’ve found a reputable clinic with good reviews this time! 😛

I'm coming up to ovulation and keep forgetting to poas 😫 I have one of the cb advanced monitors where you need to use fmu and 3 mornings in a row I've woken up- immediately started thinking of ttc, gone straight to the bathroom and yet somehow forgotten I need to pee in my pee cup! What's wrong with me?

Maybe it because it all feels a bit futile knowing I'm going to ovulate from my blocked side, but when I asked consultant about this he said it was always worth trying as sometimes the unblocked tube will pick it up. I guess he must have seen a few miracles in his time, but feels quite unlikely this will happen to me

@Magnum99 yassss! Congratulations!!!! Another one in a couple of days to see progression but looks like a good line for 10dpo to me!!! Brilliant! Ignore OH - they have to protect themselves from disappointment sometimes xx

Was it you that had the weird acupuncture experience when you first tried it? Like @A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 I was very tense the first couple of times but I’m more relaxed now. I don’t know if it’s doing a lot but I’m sure it’s helped sort my cycles out (they were very light from last summer to February this year) and it’s generally relaxing.

You aren’t alone feeling you’ll never be pregnant, I don’t know how people cope with this over a longer time, I really don’t. It’s been nearly two years and that’s more than enough.

@GuessHowMuch sorry about your chemical. I don’t know why they won’t help me either, I feel like I’ve drawn the shortest straw and lost so much time for no reason. We now have two letters coming our way saying we aren’t unexplained so I’m going to ask the new GP for a referral to an assisted conception unit. On the plus side, we can afford some private and that’s something I guess, not everyone can 🤷‍♀️

Hi ladies 👋 I’m still lurking around.. what do you think of this test... hcg.. either negative (if you can even see anything 😂) or evap right? It’s an altered picture. Came up in the time frame, loosely.... wasn’t exactly timing. Pretty sure eyes are playing tricks. PLUS today is my first day of missed AF (not unusual for me) so even if there IS a super faint line probably chemical... I guess only time will tell!

@Misty84 I'm sorry you've been having such a tough time and hope that you are feeling a bit better now. I love acupuncture and I really felt that it made a difference to my first (successful) pregnancy x

@Farfaraway1 I can see a line but I've been deceived by those cheapies before so maybe get a frer or another test to be on the safe side? Fingers crossed for you! Xx

How do you know that you’ll ovulate from your blocked side? (sorry if I’ve missed something). I sometimes forget to paos too! 🤦‍♀️

Yes I had that horrendous acupuncture experience and posted about it on here, hoping it will be very different this time as it’s a more reputable place, not just the cheapest I could find haha! My cycles have gone weird so hoping it helps.

@Farfaraway1 I am hopeless at ever being able to see anything in posted photos, sorry! But you’ll have a much clearer view of it than anything we can see, so fingers crossed for you!

@ElsieG3m thanks lovely. It is a first response brand but not the early response one.. here’s a pic. Glad I’m not the only one that can see a line! I’m sure it’s nothing to get excited about though..... I’ve been through the wringer in the past so not getting hopes up!!

@ElsieG3m argh no really?!?! 😂🙊 I’m sure if it was a ‘legit line’ it should be darker than this for a day past missed AF.. it’s Sunday night here so maybe if AF doesn’t show signs of arriving tomorrow I might pick myself up a FRER, if anything just to prove and let myself down gently that I’m NOT pregnant..

@Farfaraway1 I don't know about darker lines - mine were never particularly dark with my daughter though I never kept testing to see progression 🤷‍♀️ Will keep everything crossed for tomorrow's test - fingers crossed!! x

@Farfaraway1 Finger crossed 🤞 for you. No expert but I think lines are often faint quite late on if it's not a super super sensitive test

@Misty84 I had a scan and HyCoSy on Thursday and it showed my right tube is blocked and that the dominant follicle was developing on that side.

@GuessHowMuch I'm so sorry you've had an early loss. Hope you're doing ok

I'm cd30 and it seems my body has attempted ovulation three times now but I don't think it's actually happened as never had a proper temp rise, I use 6 different apps and they're all confused 🤦🏼‍♀️😂
