@Crazydoglady123 yes to the Tesco high strength vit b lol it's like name that vitamin 😂 no I haven't tried seed cycling! I heard someone else mention it but haven't actually read up on it, should I add that too? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Anyone would think it was your oh having to have the injections haha glad you've got your plan all in place now though

@Aimzie it is sad that they don't take it seriously, whatever you decide to do will be right I'm sure. Just take care of yourself ☺️

@Marvellouslymadmum it's a fun game 😂 Seed cycling is 1tbsp of linseed (flax) and 1tbsp of pumpkin seeds a day until ovulation, then after ovulation till the end of your cycle 1tbsp of sesame seeds and 1tbsp sunflower seeds a day.

@crazycatlady1981 re the trigger shot I'm not sure why. When she talked us through all of the injections she said it was one trigger shot of 250 but then on on my treatment plan from my consultant she saw he'd wrote 500 so I have to have two 🤷🏽‍♀️

@Crazydoglady123 hmm I could add that, even have some flax seeds! Do you just eat them? I've only ever eaten seeds on bread lol

@Marvellouslymadmum I would recommend in yoghurt or porridge personally 🤣🤣🤣

@Marvellouslymadmum thank you sweetie, yeah we have our first private app now on 22nd April, they do a package for 300 for both of us they do SA, amh and prolactin test I think, need to read through it again properly again tomorrow, needed to take one step to make today less shitty ❤️❤️ onto another month 🙄

@Aimzie that's great that you're all booked in! I was going to book a private scan but now I've been referred by nhs I'm going to hold off for just a bit and see how quick they will get the next tests done.

So far things have looked ok for me but not for DH so I've been dosing him up with vits hoping it makes a difference 🤞

Hi all, I don't know this bus but maybe I'll join too! I'm definitely on some threads with some of you already but for those who don't know we've been trying for number one since October 2019, I'm 37, with a few months of breaks along the way due to health problems (including the current one . Definitely on the infertile donkey wagon.

@Crazydoglady123 it's all go go go now! I have been given 2 different triggers. They will let me know which to use at the time. I have HCG and also buserelin which would be used if at risk of OHSS.

My 2nd injection did not go as well tonight, I couldn't get the needle in, which sounds silly but it just seemed to not want to piece the skin lol. Pricked it 3 times but wouldn't go in. I had to change sides and pinch the skin harder and thankfully it went in. I also didn't ice to test it and it hurt more so think ice before is the way forward!

Good luck with your ivf rounds @Narwhal88 and @Crazydoglady123! I wish I was starting again but now I'm having the lap next week I think June will be the earliest for us. As our wedding is July I really hope we can get one in beforehand! Tomorrow I've got bloods presurgery and as of today I'm distancing from my OH, its weird! He's going to be sleeping in the spare room for a week, but we are slightly cheating and still watching TV together but on separate sofas!

@Narwhal88 where are you doing them? I was told to do them all in my thighs and in general I barely felt them

@clolo is that for IVF your consultation? Mine was Tuesday (CD6) and my clinics getting everything ready to start this cycle I'm on as we've abstained from DTD so far. I start down regs CD21 and am long protocol.

@Narwhal88 I am mentally noting to ice my tummy first! I'm on buserelin alongside my stims to stop me over stimulating I think.

@Motherofkittens28 in my stomach, that's where I have seen most people inject. I'll see how it goes and maybe try the thigh then. I have fat thighs so maybe it will be better 😂 it didn't really hurt I just couldn't get the needle in!
Good luck with the lap, I can't believe you have to isolate from your fiancé, seems crazy. Does he mix with people at work? We have decided to fully isolate from this week so I have been wfh this week (DH has been wfh all year) and on leave for 2 weeks after tomorrow. I've never had to isolate before and it is weird! Though I did leave the house for my vaccine.
