@notyetamumbuttrying aww thanks I'm all right - just one of those couple of days of feeling really fed up. I think just with 2 doctors appointments in one week and then the inflamed cervix and thrush/BV I'm just feeling fed up of being a woman and TTC 😂 jealous of the men! I'm out for a long walk in the sun today to try and cheer up so likely to be offline more. Hope you're doing ok 🙂

@2020mission I had bv in the summer, didn't even know, was only picked up cause I had a smear. I'm hoping the antibiotics worked though cause I wouldn't know if they didn't when I didn't have any symptoms in the first place 😬

Ahh @Dogmum13 same I've no symptoms no smell or itchiness/pain just found out with that smear last week when she looked. She didn't give me antibiotics though just this pH balancing gel to insert up the foof for a week 😆 how many DPO are you?

So I never thought I'd say this but I'm do glad AF has arrived! Over a week late but at least my body is starting to recover after the MC. Celebrating with wine tonight 😂
Been a bit quiet so can only apologise as it's been a hellish week at work.
Think we are giving a miss go tracking everything this month. Trying to book a few days away at the end of April too to try and take our mind off things.

@Marvellouslymadmum haha you may as well! It's interesting though isn't it. I bet there's something in it because it knocks your ph off balance, which could have an effect on sperm I guess.
@2020mission hope the afternoon stroll helped?! Didn't realise it was bv as well. I've had that before and that gives off the smell. That can be caused by over washing or using scented soaps etc. I'm ok thanks. 😊 it is addictive isn't it lol! I'm glad you got a few hours break tho 😉

@2020mission I think I'm 3 dpo as I got peak on Friday and ovulation pains were non existent by Saturday so counting that as 1dpo

@Aimzie I think so! 🤔 I think it needs to be a rise of about 0.3 maybe? and then should stay in higher temperatures for the rest of the cycle.

I usually go up from 97.74 to 98.60, but I always get like 2/3 fallback dips after that, confuses me every month cos I start to think I defo got it mixed up 😒😒

Hello. Infertile donkey here looking for others to share what is a tough journey 😔
TTC #2 since 2019. Have low AMH (6.3) and a luteal phase defect so it’s not looking good! Did fall on month 12 after being given clomid but sadly 1 MMC later and I’m back at it. Now on letrozole and progesterone but just had a BFN at 12dpo on second go.
I’m feeling pretty pissed off and annoyed with the world! It’s just so incredibly draining so it would be great to have people to chat to who get it! Everyone around me seems to fall pregnant so easily.

@Aimzie as far as I can tell from everything I've read it just says after ovulation you should see a shift to a higher temperature for a minimum of three consecutive days which indicates that you have ovulated, it will then remain raised until af or continue if pg. it says you're unlikely to get a sustained shift if you don't ovulate so in short yes as long as it's for three days. It is possible to have a chart that barely shifts though which is me lol

I'm 35, no known fertility issues but s/s relationship. TTC DC1.
3 x IUI last year- all BFN.
1st IVF in January- BFP but miscarried at 6 weeks.
Just been given the go ahead to start first natural FET cycle- hoping for transfer first week of April.

Yes I've got a LP defect and am on B complex and progesterone pessaries. Had 2 x CP (mc at 4.5 weeks) since taking B complex, which I took really hard, but also it gives me some optimism.

AMH normal, bloods normal (slightly underactive thyroid).

Getting stressed out with all the lockdown babies recently, this time last year I thought it would be me.

@aimzie if it's a proper shift and not a temporary blip then pretty much, yes. I'd say it would be pretty weird/unusual if you didn't? Do you have a chart to share?

@PenelopeTitstop yes please do! Sorry about your loss. There's a few going through ivf too so you're in good company here! I have my ivf appointment on the 6th April to discuss protocols and starts. Will be my first go of it, want to put it off a while longer as waiting on a lap soon too!

@notyetamumbuttrying sadly no not young. 37. Had a couple of consultations and the opinion seems to be that it is low and if I did do IVF I would be on Max doses as response would likely be low. AFC was more promising.
I don’t know - the more I read the more I think you just have to keep on your journey and try not to think too much about all the factors. Are you gearing up for IVF?

@crazycatlady1981 injections are going ok thanks, added in the morning one yesterday so now 2 a day. Had a scan this morning, got 20 follicles but 7 are under 8mm. The rest are between 8-13mm. Got another scan on Wednesday but she said I could be ready for egg collection this Friday (4 days ahead of schedule). All getting a bit scary now!

Mm i have been a bit over the place with my chart this month after my CP, I'm just waiting on proper period again and il start tracking again properly 😊
I suppose il know in a couple of days if it stays up, I usually have a fallback but it's not until 3 or 4 days after the temp shift. I probably shouldn't even be checking and just wait to next cycle, give myself time to get back to normal.

@Kitte321 it's better than mine! I'm 35 (Friday just gone) and mine is 5.4!! Weirdly tho my afc was 12 so that's nice and confusing 😖 I went private for the afc and she wanted to redo my amh herself but I've not bothered as our ivf appointment with the nhs is next month so will just see if they'll redo it. Yeah kind of gearing up for it. Want to get the lap done first so just waiting on a date for that and hoping it's before the 6th April...that's what I've been told anyway.

Strangely my AFC is 12 too and the consultant did say that was reassuring.

Hey ladies, welcome newbies! Having a shit Monday 😔 Had my scan this morning and I've over stimulated on the Clomid again 😭 The nurse said she's never in all her experience seen anyone react like me to the Clomid. She said my scan looked like and ivf scan I had so many follicles. Here's a snapshot but waiting for the proper report to send over to my private clinic. Feel like a ticking time bomb waiting for ovulation if I get the pain/bloating/cysts again after 😢 I wish I hadn't listened to my consultant and not took it now 😣
