Trying for Jan BFP

Anyone else now trying for a jan BFP? 14dpo and cd27 today and now have pink spotting on wiping. Just waiting for cd1 again now x

@Farfaraway1 Due on 3rd, so I'm pretty sure I'd have something really faint if I was going to get a BFP. Gutted.

But - onwards and upwards. It's another year now. Surely this one has to be the one for us??

Sorry for all those who’ve had a BFN or a visit from the red witch. I’m on CD8 so all about the OPKS and dtd. Have also started temping but only got the thermometer a few days ago so it’s all a bit random at the moment. Psychologically I’m in a weird place where I feel like it’s never going to happen (drama queen) but ploughing on regardless!

Urgh sorry to be a misery guts, must put on positive pants and wish every one a happy new year and a hopefully a happy new BFP!

Sorry everyone who has had a visit from AF . Hopefully next month. @Aozora13 never apologise for being a misery guts - we are all here to support each other. I feel rather like you - probably ovulated yesterday and already feeling worried about another month without a BFP xxx

Happy New Year everyone! Sorry to see some of you are feeling glum but I think that is totally normal, especially at NY when we tend to reflect. I think with so many in the TWW then we must be due a BFP soon!? Fingers crossed!

CD17 here and nothing going on. Since the first attempted surge on CD10/11 my opks have been v white. Started temping again and temps are very low so I don't think I will ovulate this cycle. I thought things might be messed up from last month so I am actually wishig AF will come soon so I can start a new cycle! I usually have 30-32 day cycles but who knows this month.

@Farfaraway1 I hope u are doing well. I'm around 11dpo and I'm scared to test and be disappointed so I'm gonna try and wait until I'm a day or 2 late. It's hard tho lol

I stopped the pill in August and this is currently our 4th cycle ttc #1.
I'm due to ovulate around 6th Jan but have problems spotting from 9dpo in previous cycles so not feeling hopeful. Started taking vitamin c and b complex last month, spotted from 9dpo but af didn't arrive until 15dpo which is a positive I guess! Anyone else the same? I really want to see a bfp this month!

@idkwhatsgoingon thanks, doing ok but symptom spotting like a mad woman 😣 I’m only about 4dpo according to my app, which I don’t entirely trust.. but my boobs have been really sore and enlarged the last day or two and some CM today so thought ‘argh I’ll just do a test’ - what an idiot I am!! Of course it’s BFN so will just have to try wait AT LEAST a few more days until I retest.. well done to you for being so restrained!!! Wishing you all the best and hoping it’s good news for you xx

Mine is due today and keep feeling like it’s arrived but not yet. Prob arrive today or tomorrow. Very crampy this am and zero pg signs x

@Farfaraway1 it was hard not to POAS like a mad women tbh but I'm not sure we caught the egg this time around as I'm starting to feel like AF is coming. We will definitely be trying SMEP which I think will be a lot of DTD and DP says he loves the idea of that lol but that's not always easy as we also have a 4 year old. I hope u get a nice BFP in a few days.

Hi all! Hope you don't mind me joining. Currently 1dpo (i think) and already I'm obsessing and reading hundreds of threads! 🤦🏻‍♀️
Trying for my first, I had a 10 month break after a miscarriage and then a PUL last year which ended in me taking methotrexate. The last 2 pregnancies I fell on the first cycle but just couldn't seem to get past 8 weeks. Anyone had any success stories after 2 failed pregnancies?

Hi @lockdownbabyx your story sounds quite similar to mine. 2 MCs last year the most recent being a MMC at 11 weeks requiring surgical intervention, also seem to fall on each cycle we try but can't keep a pregnancy. I already have 1 DD and had no issues at all. We're either of yours investigated? So sorry no success story from me on having 2 losses but hopefully that will be us this month 🤞🏼

@bez91 I'm sorry to hear of your miscarriages, it's awful isn't it. Just so hard because there is just no way of knowing what's causing them. My cousin gave birth to her third child on Boxing Day, but earlier last year she suffered 2 miscarriages in a row, then the third stuck. So I know it can happen!

I haven't been investigated yet no, they've told me I will need to book an appointment with the EPU when/if I get pregnant again so they can keep an eye on me. I don't think they investigate until it's happened 3 or more times so we shall see. I just want it to stick. Plus I'm 31 this year so I'm worried I'm running out of time 😭

I'd tentatively like to join you all. We have decided to try for number 2. Our first is almost 2 We decided to go with it for now, not think about timings too much and see whether it works out before using OPks and stuff again. I do have a rough idea though and am on cycle day 16 today

How's everyone doing? Anyone got symptoms/testing soon? @catmum55566 did you get a positive OPK in the end? Think I'm about 3dpo x

@SEpoppet yes funnily enough got a peak today out of nowhere, thanks for asking. Later than normal but this was always going to be a strange cycle. Looks like I will be joining you in the TWW soon. Do you think you will wait for AF to test? I am going to try and wait, tested at 10 dpo last time for my BFP but obviously didn't end well! On the flip side, I ended up being 5 days late so I would have known something was going on anyway....

@Catmum55566 no I am keeping it from him for a little while we have lost 3 and of he knows he will be so anxious and worried. If I can get to 6 weeks and the sickness starts I will tell him. Won’t be easy xx

Massive congratulations @Idreamof2more! Really hope it sticks this time. @catmum55566 that's so good! No I will wait for AF as I find negative tests so much harder than just getting my period - my luteal phase is about 16 days long so a while to wait yet! Hope you manage to get lots of shagging in over the next couple of days x

@Idreamof2more congratulations!!! H&H 9 months. AF came today. I knew she was on her way. Bring on this cycle. We're going to put more effort in it this time!
