Trying for Jan BFP

Anyone else now trying for a jan BFP? 14dpo and cd27 today and now have pink spotting on wiping. Just waiting for cd1 again now x

@SalemsPot22 ah I think ov can be delayed coming off the pill. Mine was CD23 or 24 first cycle following from first AF. Keep testing once per day and hopefully you will get a positive soon.

Hey I’m in similar position.
Lost my pregnancy at 15 weeks in September and just started TTC this month.
I’m also 6dpo, when is your period due and when you gonna start testing?! So nervous but also excited.

Currently in the TWW waiting for AF...hoping Jan will be my BFP

@Catmum55566 that's nice we will be doing it together! I dont know about you but the first week I'm always fine but the second week is agonising and I symptom spot like crazy!

10 dpo today feeling the same I always do before af. Grumpy and hormonal no symptoms at all. Not sure how many months I can do this for. The TWW is more I can handle with my anxiety x

I think I'm about 11DPO, I didnt use OPKs or anything this cycle. It was making me quite stressed and my cycle has been acting strange on top of that. I just went with when I saw consistent EWCM.

I could test now I suppose, but will wait until I'm late or AF arrives. Saves money and heartache

Do you have any symptoms @newyearisnewtome ?

I’m going to wait until I am late for sure but feel af is coming so not in great mood

@Idreamof2more I thought I had back twinges last week but no not really no symptoms. I think Xmas has helped keep my mind occupied.

Oh and I also had EWCM this morning (day 25) so who knows whats going on. I think AF will probably show but just want to get on with the next cycle. Let's see eh

Hi all! AF was due today but hasn't arrived yet! Wasn't really TTC in Dec due to clashes next year but getting back on it again in Jan so I was actually looking forward to AF starting!!

Hi can I join. I come off the pill start of November and have been trying literally every day since haha. AF arrived 26th Dec and I should be ovulating around 6th January from what looking online suggests. Please can you recommend other ways to monitor this as I’m clueless. I’m 33 trying for 1st child but really scared after reading online about age being an issue

Hi girls, hope it’s okay to join in. Just joined mumsnet for some support. TTC #1 for the last few months on, started using ovulation sticks this month so got my dates right this time. Peak day was last Monday. Felt funny cramps very mild but was so strange on Friday 4/5 dpo, no symptoms since. Did a curiosity test yesterday 7dpo and it was negative but I know I tested too early. When should I wait to test again? Expecting AF on the 3/4th Jan. Xxx

@Kaz1987 Hi Kaz I used ovulation sticks from day 12-21, my cycle is about 33-35 days long give or take and I got a peak fertile day on 19-20th Dec and had pains on the 21st. I would try them (clear blue) they certainly kept me calm this month as every other month previous we missed it by a few days because my cycle wasn’t predicted correctly on the app. Hope that helps xx

We're ttc #2,...and have done for two years now. Had an ectopic in July and have just started to try again after the compulsory 3 month break. Last period was an arse because it was 5 days late and I was getting my hopes up. I'm now 1 dpo but I don't think it's our month. I've for a hycosy booked for early January. Last time, my tubes were blocked and cleared with a laparoscopy and I'm pretty sure it's the same issue again. My gynaecologist doesn't want to cut me open unnecessarily, though, so I'm going to have the test done and can then present that to her. I hope to avoid the, "I told you so!" If we are lucky, it's going to flush it enough to clear a path for DH's swimmers.

I’d love to join! TTC since July 2019 and had an ectopic early October. Used a ferti-Lily cup this round and also had sex every day for 6 days over fertile window which we haven’t done for a loonggg time. I’ve also had reflexology and been having acupuncture. I even tried a fertility massage on my stomach before Xmas!

3 of my friends who started trying after me have now had their babies and it’s heartbreaking. It’s taking a mental toll on me.

I'm joining in! Hoping this is a lucky thread as we've been Ttc for over a year. Had a MC in March 2020 and haven't seen a bfp since then.

Currently CD9 and bfp due Jan 15th. If we don't get a bfp this cycle we are going to start IUI as we are now fed up!

We have a bunch of friends and family who have had babies since we've been trying. Just wanting it to be our turn now 🥺

Hello! Hope it’s okay for me to join too! I love all of the support and love I read from you ladies but I’ve never been brave enough to comment before

I am on cycle 2 of TTC number 1 but my AF came 2 weeks late in cycle 1 (got me all flustered and a whole bunch of BFNs later!!) so I’m using OPKs this month to help me track better as my cycle is all out now.

Hoping for lots of BFPs for you all x
